Pretty run averaging 100 runners each Saturday morning. Not terribly challenging vertically but the sand section adds interest. Run by an enthusiastic group of volunteers.

A great place to park run in the summer. The sand/beach leg is a killer! On a sunny day the place is packed with people so don't expect to get a pb unless you behave like a selfish a-hole. (Please don't).

A portion of this course is on the beach and there is not a lot of shade, but the view is nice.

They could not run a fee run in a park. Don't waste a perfectly go morning at Cott parkrun just in case they cancel it with all most know notice.

Very challenge course with lots of hills and 800m on sand. But it's very pleasant to run with the stunning beach view
