Maddie was extremely helpful and took the time offering expert advice and making sure I was completely satisfied. There was a great range of earrings to choose from, rooms were clean and service was very professional.

What a beautiful new location!! Highly recommend Maddie she is - THE BEST - she always takes great care of me when getting a new piercing and makes any sure it has the best placement and jewellery. I never feel rushed and always get the best customer experience!I can not recommend her enough!

Oh my goodness! Worth every penny and a short drive across town. I can highly recommend for anyone who may be looking for something a little extra! The staff are amazing and make you feel at ease. Maddie is a beautiful soul with high attention to detail and is passionate about her craft and her customers. I was undecided and only intentended checking out the studio and asking some questions. They are so friendly and accommodating. Super clean and full health regulation guidelines followed. Bloody Amazing!

Maddie is amazing, and truly has a way with children. She was so gentle and kind, and made sure our son was so comfortable before having his ears pierced. The shop is beautiful and clean too! With an abundance of unique jewellery options.

There is a long review below, but this is a summary of the bad experience:1. They have an unheard of strict no refund policy.If you swipe your card even before you receive any products or service they will not give you a refund2.They insist on not just seeing ID like everywhere else, but actually taking all your personal details as well as clear photos of your ID3. Their earrings are 3x the price onlineHad a simple ear lobe piercing in two ears. I brought along 14k gold plated CZ earrings. But was advised I would need to buy new studs as the ones brought were threaded. Unfortunately the studs they have are about 3x the price of the same ones onlineEven the cheapest titanium ball is going to run you $50 per earring. So the expected $40 appointment ended up being $238 with 4mm CZ studs and aftercare sprayBit disappointing but overall I didn’t mind this too muchThe main problem arose after payment was made. They a requested a photo ID to proceed. But unfortunately my driver’s license was at homeSo naturally I requested a refundWas shocked when they advised that the store policy is absolutely no refunds. Best they can do is store creditWho has a no refund policy when the product or service hasn’t even been provided yet? Literally just swiped my cardAnd what are we going to do with store credit at a piercing storeVery frustrating but was forced to rush all the way home and backWhen I returned they not only took all my personal information but a photo of my driver’s licence and insisted all the numbers of the licence number be clearly visible be in the photoThe first time I took the photo my thumb was covering a couple of digits of the license number and they requested I take the photo againThat is bizarre. They don't even do that at a Doctor's officeOn a positive note, the person who actually did the piercing was professional, polite and friendly. Her name was AyeshaBut there was another person working at the store who was just obnoxious and annoying. Talking maybe as loudly as someone can talk on a phone in the backgroundConclusion: Ayesha was good, the place looks nice,but everything else was badPeople should be allowed to request a refund. Especially when the service has not been provided*****Store has since posted a long response to this review. But do not address the actual complaint at allI.e. How they justify refusing to provide a refund. Especially when no actual product or service has been providedThat is a very shady policy. I can not think of a single other business that won't process an immediate refund in such circumstancesThey also don't explain why they insist on taking photos of ID making sure all the numbers are clearly visible.Why not just check ID like everywhere elseAgain unnecessary and bizarre policyWould have preferred not to give some random business all my personal details and clear photos of my IDThis store needs to address these terrible policies

Highly, highly recommend!! I've had all my piercings done at other places but wanted to get my nose and conch changed over and have been having some trouble with my helix. The staff were super friendly and very professional and helpful and gave me great advice! I will definitely be back.

The best experience here, professional, welcoming, sterile customer service could not ask for anyone better to pierce myself! Was looked after by Rob who did a great job taking me through the whole process and performed the piercing itself precisely and thoroughly. If you’re hesitant regarding the price, it is 100% worth it you will not get this service and quality earrings at hair house warehouse, which I went to before because I thought might as well save a bit of money. No, go to these guys, worth every cent!

I am very particular about where I get my piercings done, having had many bad experiences. However, Maddie is extremely knowledgeable, patient and an excellent piercer (&person!)! What a fabulous experience. Maddie took the time to really assess my ear and where my new piercing could be safely placed. Maddie helped me curate my ear and we chose a beautiful earring together and came up with a plan for future piercings. The store was lovely and clean and the piercing room was immaculate. The jewellery is all beautiful as well. Highly recommend the Elsternwick store & Maddie!
