my hot water system died it was under warranty i contacted there company young lady very nice lady organised to speak to mickSpencer i supplied him with my invoice he followed up with rinnaiin time i got my new hot water system going. young installer deniallovely gentleman in no time comes to my place installs and he takesthe old one and cardboard with him. you could not ask for better service great service.

Atrociously sloppy install of ducting for a Brivis central heating unit and now I discover the heating unit was not installed completely.

The service is outstanding! I called Jordans Home Heating for the first time two days ago to enquire about having my gas heater serviced. The lady on the phone was so nice, she asked if I would like them to come and pick my heater up , I thought that was great! So I decided to go ahead. I dropped the heater off at their Smeaton grange showroom. Before leaving she asked if I would like a loan heater until mine was ready,?what a lovely gesture! To top it off my heater was ready today, one day later and they home delivered it to my door! Honestly, this type of customer service is hard to come by these days. My heater is working like brand new! Thank you so much guys, I will recommend you to all my family and friends! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars!

Their on site technician was great, but their office administration is awful. It took several phone calls and emails over the course of 3 months to finally get them to send a tax invoice after they'd charged me.They also took over a week to call me up and schedule an appointment for a simple inspection.

Very poor service. I'm a heating and air conditioning engineer and I would not recommend this company. Credit card up front and they want paying again when things don't go well.

The technician that came to repair my Rinnai gas heater did a poor job and the repair lasted for about 2 days and then the heater stopped working again. It was my mistake not to call immediately to complain but I had personal things going on and this was the last problem on my list. I never received a message or email with the invoice and after a while I totally forgot about it. After 3 months I received a mail in my mailbox stating that I was severely delinquent towards jordans and therefore I was reported. I promptly paid the amount BUT:1 - I never received an email with an invoice2 - This letter came through 3 months after the technician came to my place for the repair3 - The repair was badly performed and only lasted for a couple of days.In conclusion, very bad service throughout!

As recommented by ACTEWAGL, I used the Canberra branch in April 2019 to service a two year old ducted gas heater. The technician was only here a couple of minutes and they charged nearly $290. Prepaid mind you and no invoice was received even when I requested one. I chose Climate Master this time around and they were fantastic, thourough and only charged $200.

Thanks for the great job installing our ducted heating. We are feeling very snug in the cold weather.

When my Brivis ducted gas heating with refrigerative cooling system died this year, I had two other crews come to attempt to fix it before eventually reaching out to Brivis who recommended Jordans. Right from when Ross came to give the quote it was immediately obvious that this company knew what they were doing. Ross was punctual, professional and gave some very frank and blunt advice about the shortcomings of the existing system and recommended a sensible way forward. The installation crew were professional, skilled, friendly and did a great job over the three days it took to fix everything. Even the dog loved them.
