We have been using Roof Knight since 2012 for our gutter guard installation on a couple of our homes.Recently we asked Bill to come and quote for repair of a leaking roof following a storm event.Bill was responsive and punctual. He noticed he was able to fix the issue while he was there at no cost. He was also able to recommend longer term solutions to eliminate further issues in years to come.Bill is genuine and professional and the business provides quality service at very reasonable prices.

Extremely poor work done by these people. As you can see they didn't even glue the pipes together. I had Bill back here 6 times as both sides of the house they installed guttering on leaked badly when it rained. He argued with me that it was somehow my fault, despite him being the supposed professional. See the photo of the jagged piece of metal? They left that on my front doormat, along with all sorts of other bits and pieces. They should not be allowed to operate. No idea where the positive reviews came from, but not glueing the pipes together is extremely dodgy. Avoid!

The guys did a great job on the full restoration of my entire roof. I couldn’t be happier. They were punctual, professional and very polite and respectful.I have been using this company for over 10 years and will continue to use their services.

This bloke is a bell end. Came and done a roof repaint on the house we occupy. Left a mess all over the back deck and damaged a brand new Weber Q and stained the cover on my Oklahoma Joe offset. Over $800 worth of damage done, all the promises in the world made to compensate me for my losses and not a single cent received or even so much as an attempt to rectify. If you feel you must use this business, and I can't see why you would, then before you hand over a single dollar, inspect everything on your property for damage and deduct it from the payment because I promise you, from first hand experience, this business WILL NOT rectify any issues. Use them at your own peril. There are plenty of people who are actually qualified to do this type of work. From what I can see, this business's does not hold any official qualifications to provide roof repair services. It's been over 2 months since the service was completed and they have had PLENTY of time to rectify. I am a tenant of the property, I am also a tradesman, I didn't get a choice in who completed the work, but this company clearly had the cheapest quote. In my experience as a tradesman of over 2 decades, you can have good, or you can have cheap, but you can't have both. Now the owner of the property is going to have to compensate me for my losses.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Bill attempted to repair our roof leak. We trusted that Bill had done a good job. Paid him for his service. Roof is still leaking. Refuses to come back and rectify. His excuse is “there is a world wide shortage of trades people.” There is certainly not a shortage of dodgy tradesmen and Bill is one of them. Do not use this company, you will regret it.

Roof knight did a great job on my new gutters and gutter guard. The price was very competitive and the work is top rate . The gutters look fantastic and the gutter guard is working weĺl. Thank you Bill and Tim for all your hard work and advice .

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANYBill is rude and abusive, after calling a 7th time to see why my roof was still leaking after we had paid over $2k for the work he called me a child and yelled at me. However when my husband spoke to him he backed down and was respectful. Our roof is leaking everywhere in the current rain and is completely ruined. Makes a new excuse of why it's leaking everytime. Absolutely disgraceful company and horrendous treatment of paying customers.
