It would be great if your website was like Bunnings. I need to know if you have what I need before I leave the house. This is one reason why Bunnings is so sucessful. Time is a very valuable commodity.

Rude staff, no honesty or clear communication whatsoever. Have been given the run around for 4 months now just waiting for a timber quote. If you don't have capacity to provide your products and services, please communicate that with us from day dot and there would be no issues.

Do not recommend for timber purchasing.Terrible service, no communication for any deliveries (even when the wrong items are delivered) and obstructionist staff.Better off at Bunnings.

I hadn't been to Colli for some time but a friend had reminded about them, so I went down to get some decking for a weekend project and I got above and beyond service from the crew down there. I even had a team member offer me his vehicle to transport the decking home as it wouldn't fit in mine. I also found it a lot quieter than the lager hardware outlets which was a nice change.

..after running around several Bunnings stores for merbau decking they claimed was in stock (but wasn't plus x2 stores blamed a change in supplier") I went to Colli and got exactly what I needed and in the correct lengths too"

Staff were friendly enough but shop staff not knowledgeable, however prices listed on the shelf and what was charged was 10% more expensive.And they are expensive enough anyway. Price for merbau decking the most expensive in town.

Have been waiting for a timber price and overlay for nearly 4 months and no response or help from anyone just get the run around. I don’t recommend them at all

Great service from the entire team with a great range of building products. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Special mention to Danny who is an awesome team member who always goes above and beyond to ensure we get the best products onsite with efficient delivery.
