Went there for the first time today for pedi, mani, brazilian and underarm wax.Happy with everything overall, they are fast and efficient compared to other nails shop in Redfern area. Reasonable price, clean and good vibes.However i wasn’t very satisfied with my left 2 finger nails as you can see in the photo. It’s not very full filled, and my pinkie finger is little bleeding.Will i come back? Yes.

Not the best quality, but good for the price point. Very cheap for reasonably good looking nails.Salon artist was very rough with My nails and over drilled into nail beds. Everything was done in a rush, and things weren't aligned. My natural nails hung over the tip they glued on on both sides. There was lifting within three weeks.

Sarah is very nice. The other technician always charges me more and is super rough and rude. I’ve been going here regularly. Price is decent and local. But really need to work on their customer service.

Very disappointed with their eyebrow service. They burnt my skin and left a long term mark on my eyelid. When I took my issue to them the very next day, Instead of giving me as a customer a well deserved and a reasonable after-service, the business owner claims that’s it’s normal and might be because of my oily skin texture. Although, I have never ever faced this kind of issue in spite of doing my eyebrows for 8 years now.Anyway, I have reported the issue to Fair-trade and also to my legal team with substantial evidence.

Hands down the worst manicure I’ve had in Sydney. Every nail is a different shape, and some have weird angles cut in (which are painful). Not to mention the number of cuts and blood.Waste of money. Go to Redfern nails for a much better experience.

I had SNS done. Worst manicure I’ve ever had. It cracked within a day or two and had majorly chipped just days later. I returned today, and they were going to charge me 50% of the cost to redo the whole set of nails. They offered to only redo the chipped ones, but even those that hadn’t chipped were significantly cracked.I’ve never returned to a beauty salon to have nails redone, and remain in shock that they wouldn’t redo them for no price.I refused to pay and just had them remove.Usually when I’ve had SNS done at other salons, it last 3-4 weeks without cracking/chipping.I won’t be returning. There’s plenty of other salons nearby to use.
