How good is this place!!! Just bought a new Table tennis blade and rubber set. Comes in a awesome packaging. The bloke there is so nice. Even gave me some complimentary table tennis balls :) Be back for sure.

Bad service attitude, unprofessional advice for the tennis strings. If you want to change the strings, never go there! The strings become loose again after the first hit.

I went there today to purchase a pair of badminton shoes. Really horrible experience and this is the first time I notice such unprofessional behavior from a any shop. I will recommend no one about this place. I didn't even wait to check the pair he( A man of age around 60) gave me because it was so unpleasant.

The shop is stocked with a good range of table tennis equipment, but the service is way too bad to be called a shop. The guy is extremely loud on the phone and in person, impatient and generally very unpleasant to deal with. If you want to get good service then don't get yourself anywhere close to here as you will only get insulted an lectured.

The gentlemen helped me fix my table tennis racket. Guided me how to remove the rubbers and clean the paddle. And then he attached the new rubbers for me free of charge. He even informed me about the clubs nearby.I saw some reviews about the person being rude, loud or yelling at them. It’s not the case at all. He just speaks in a rather louder voice. Might be a hearing issue. It definitely is not an attitude problem but I understand why some might take it the wrong way. Thank you so much for everything. I definitely will be back again.

Don't go there. This guy put two black rubbers on my son's tennis table paddle. When I took it back, no apology, no explanation. He just told me off for leaving it so long to bring it back (3 weeks - I live a long way away and I work!) Yes it exchanged it for free, but this guy makes you feel like he's doing you a favour by allowing you into the shop.

Customer service was absolutely appalling, got yelled at by some old guy accusing me of doing something. Absolutely terrible human being and should not be responsible for being the storeperson.

The staff is very friendly and give me good advice to buy the racket that match my level and not the expensive one :).There are more badminton rackets than the website

Great range of table tennis equipment, well stocked on DHS and Butterfly products. The storekeeper has a habit of speaking loudly but does not deserve the backlash. He's a nice guy, good at cutting and recommending equipment as well as talking about table tennis
