Midnight Hotel, Autograph Collection

Hotel is located next to cafes and restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Wilson car park is conveniently downstairs. Minibar is all complimentary. Pool and sauna is lovely. Midnight bar has great cocktails. Would book again.

Overall everything was ok, rooms were nice enough and clean etc but customer service was really lacking. We ordered some toasted sandwiches ($25 each) from room service which arrived cold and barely toasted. We politely notified staff on checkout but didn’t really feel like our concerns were taken on board, they didn’t offer any positive response or to take it off the bill. The buffet breakfast was also very mediocre and overpriced. Disappointing considering the price and other good ratings.

We had a wonderful stay at the Midnight. Minibar was complimentary. Although it didn’t have much in the way of variety, the wines and beers were pretty tasty after a hot day!Room was clean, unlike other hotels I’ve seen in Canberra; not a speck of dust could be found! King bed was fantastic, and pillows comfy.Pool was nice and quiet, and super clean. Sauna was the same.We were upgraded to a slightly larger room during check in. It is advertised as being bigger with a couch; didn’t seem bigger than the other room next to us which didn’t have a couch. That said, the couch was needed as there was nowhere to put bags, and only one small cupboard.Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

The basics: Rooms are tiny, there is very little natural light, you look out over an internal courtyard and other people from opposite can easily see into your rooms, the rooms have no desk to work, and no table other than a coffee table.Really not many redeeming features about this hotel.I had a four night stay and had to work while in town, reception staff seemed offended by my query as to why any lack of desk or table to work on ('why didn't you call to check before you booked' to which i replied 'its apparently a five star hotel and i am paying $288 per night, I assumed I would have a desk').Small positives would be location and ease of parking, but beyond that won't return, would not reccomend, and while new, not sure how this hotel gets five stars, probably better reflected at about 3 star rating

The staff have been incredibly helpful, personable and kind. They made us feel so welcome during our stay and took great care of us, whether we needed help or during food and drink service. Great food and reasonable prices. Their knowledge of wine is impressive and their signature cocktails are some of the best I’ve had - they even went as far as to make us a special ‘off the menu’ cocktail. I would be so happy to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

The staff at the Midnight Hotel are amazing! When I come back here, I'll definitely look forward to staying here again. It's very local to a lot of great food and drink places nearby. There's plenty to see and it's centralized if you want to drive to nearby places to see monuments and nature to include kangaroos!The restaurant had amazing food and the bar had great drinks made perfectly!

Great rooms. King was average space with a massive screen in front of the bed. Average lighting. Comfy beds. Good shower. Complimentary drinks and snacks which were very handy after a long day's drive and after a night out on the town. Location is really good with loads of excellent eateries. The breakfast and coffee at the hotel itself are quite average, but many other cafes around the place to get really good coffee. Easy 15 min walk into the centre of ACT.

Brand new hotel in a great location in Braddon, the hipster section of Canberra. Rooms well appointed, mini bar included in the price, delicious breakfast at Braddon Merchant downstairs. Great value and linked up with Marriott Bonvoy.

Perfect stay in a perfect location. Lovely bed. Clean room. Complimentary mini bar and tea/coffee facilities. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was amazing. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

We drove 4 hours to come to this hotel, which is our second visit. The staff are still very friendly and accommodating, but there were a few disappointing things during this visit.First, the swimming pool water was warm, but the sauna was out of order and we couldn't use it.Second, the indoor temperature of the swimming pool was too low, and it was too cold, air conditioning was set too low temperature.Lastly, the most disappointing thing was the breakfast. It was the most disappointing breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. You need more consideration like other hotels that prepare a variety of menu items. Honestly, the money spent on breakfast was a waste. We recommend using nearby cafes instead.
