Gloss Detailing

I got the $100 package. I though it was great value. The external detailing was excellent, let down a little by the interior. The rear parcel shelf was missed and there was still a liittle sand in the boot. Overall a great experience and I will use the business again.

Ripper of a service!Have now for weeks had compliments from everyone that gets in my car, how new it smells and how clean she is.This team do a great job.Well priced considering you can pay up to $25 for only a drive through wash.Definitely recommend!

Pure rip off ! Paid $110 and they told they will work on vacuuming and do a proper car wash along with shampooing along with stain removing. The stains and the odour were still there and only one head light was cleaned and they forgot to do the other. When asked they keep repeating that you haven't paid for this service and we will charge you another $40 do to it. The manager was irresponsible with his words and this place is highly recommended if you're a spendthrift. Poor service, Bad customer experience.***Dont know where the reply button and the other photo where the head light wasn't clean went***It's fine mate, you did forget to clean the headlight and was making up stories when I asked for it. I will bring $500 the next time when I come to your car wash and Thanks for your wonderful service.

A friend put our car in for cleaning (inside & outside) for us just before we returned from overseas. We discovered that the front passenger floor mat was missing. On discussing this with staff we were told it wasn't there.We were also told we don't remove floor mats to clean them

Be aware this business uses a very high pressure wash that deleminated the badges on my car after one visit. Badges were 18 months old on a vehicle that only has hand washing done previously. I asked to discuss this with the owner, however, the young manager refused. The manager (and owner) would not accept the damage was caused at this business. I DO NOT recommend this business.

If l could leave a -5 l would. Management was so rude l did not even leave my car to be washed! Shame on you for talking down to people then stating that your not being rude! If you keep treating people this way they will stop using your service. People might not remember your exact words, we do remember how you treat us!

Great service, quality and value for what you spend. I would say, ‘ best in town’. Highly recommended.
