I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience at this post office yet. Everything is either too difficult or an inconvenience. Staff members have been rude & incredibly snarky. It’s super strange as every other post office auspost I’ve dealt with have been nothing but wonderful.I now choose to only use Rockingham Auspost.

Oh my goodness! Its unbelievable how rude the lady is that is the supposed manager or something along those lines? Turned a simple easy experience into a realy unpleasant situation. 0 stars for customer service if that was possible. Horrendous.

Visited Auspost Waikiki Village WA-Thurs 8/6/2023, needed to submit Passport renewal forms & have new photos taken for the same.Only waited 5mins & then a delightful lady named Sue attended to us.Her friendly, kind & efficient service was greatly appreciated.5 Star Customer Service ✨️Many thanks

Only myself and 2 others there when I popped in, so pleasantly quiet. Everything in its place, had a nice chat with one of the staff and got on with the day. Clean store, gifts and other bits available at good prices and friendly staff, thank you :)

I've had great service here in the three months we've been in Waikiki, particularly from the Lancashire lass. So much better than Secret Harbour: not enough room to be comfortable and unfriendly service from the owner.

I had recently lost my passport and was in urgent need of one, and the team at Waikiki Post Office went out of their way to assist me by providing me with amazing service and providing me with very helpful information!
