Dantosa Blue Mountains Retreat

We were honoured with a sweet home away from home. Beautiful big garden even in winner. The cottage is authentic but fully equipped with essentials. Great location, within 10 minutes drive to the town and top 2 restaurants. Thank you, Derek, for the great hospitality.

My husband and I stayed at Dantosa for a weekend for our wedding. We took our immediate family and had a beautiful time. The facilities were beautiful upon arrival and Derek met us at the door to show us around. There is a tennis court and gazebo with power that was used quite a bit and the lake and boat house are beautiful. It rained the day we were married so we got married on the balcony with the lake in the background which was perfect. The kitchen and dining room are spacious and the views are gorgeous. We highly recommend Dantosa for a wedding or just a stay. Thankyou Derek and the team for such a memorable wedding.

A gorgeous property, a perfect escape filled with luxury and comfort. Derek, the property manager, was friendly and accomodating. Had set up some wonderful fires and everything was perfect for a small wedding/weekend getaway.

This place is perfect. The owner, Derek met us when we arrived. The place is spotless clean and well maintained. Derek was generous with amenities and welcome items. Excellent value. Close to we everything in Katoomba, blue Mountains. Property is massive and totally private if you book both the house and cottage.

Our family group of 17 stayed at Dantosa recently and had a wonderful time. The accomodation was goodand the grounds were amazing. There is a hill up to the tennis court, which we didn't expect, but it is possible to drive up if needed. It was never out of action for the time we were there and another BBQ up there came in handy for a sausage sizzle lunch. Exploring the grounds was also fun for all .The kitchen was well equipped but I do agree with another comment that a light near the house BBQ in the winter months would be a help. The managers were helpful and friendly. We highly recommended Dantosa.

Dantosa is one of the best retreats that my friends and I have ever been to! A big shoutout to Derek for being so welcoming and helpful even before we arrived, we were greeted with a hearty cheese platter that made our day. The cottage and surroundings were breathtaking, highly recommended for a weekend getaway in the beautiful Blue Mountains

Our family group of 18 celebrated for two days with the exclusive package. The property is absolutely gorgeous, well equipped and comfortable. The host Derek was lovely and accomodated all of our wishes. We will definitely stay again.

This place is Amazing!I booked it for a weekend to celebrate a 30th birthday with 20 of my close friends. Dantosa is picturesque, quiet, peaceful & the facilities are great. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly especially with the added challenge / logistics of such a large group.I would highly recommend a stay at Dantosa for anyone who is considering it. Ed.
