I purchased a slimline suitcase 24 inch on May 5 2023. My mistake wrong size trying to return and purchase the correct size, finding this impossible. The product is a great product and delivery was prompt however Please help Sello Naomi

WORST WORST WORST!! I’ve been buying from this company though MyDeal, complain about my package been dumped on my driveway front gate and missing, and they’re asking me to talk to the courier company. Instead of following up with the courier company or to make things easy, like offer refund or sent another package to replace of courier’s lazy mistake, They asking me to do their job to call the courier “LIKE WTF” are you serious?? I’ve paid over $200 and now they want me to do their job, and I don’t get paid for doing their job. Why should i HAVE to solve and stress around when you’re useless customer service care CANNOT simply do their job. Very disappointing not Happy at all,, At least GIVE BACK MY MONEY or WHERE IS MY COFFEE CUPSGIVE BACK MY MONEY, and I’ll go somewhere to buy my supplies from

I purchased calming bed and cushion slipcovers for my cat and to protect our couch. Since then she is loving her new calming bed. Quality is amzing, I would definitely recommend it for all fur babies.

Absolutely useless company to deal with- doesn’t abide by Australian warranty laws.Purchased a mattress less than 12 months ago and they refuse to refund or replace as all the springs are poking through and dig into your back when laying on the bed.Refused to provide warranty information when requested, stated they would need to investigate and that I needed to send photos and they wouldn’t disclose anything without a picture of the Matt’s to make sure it’s being used correctly. it’s impossible to show how springs feel against your back in a photo.Happily taking this company to the ACCC to seek restitution

They sell inferior products that are not worth a pinch of ****. Then they scam you by not giving you a refund. The product I purchased does not do what they advertise it to do. Beware of Sello Products they will rip you off. Sello products sell their garbage through Catch. Don't try to get a resolution with Catch as they are as bad as the seller. Also I have had problems with other companies that use Catch. I would be staying clear of Catch as well. 26/4/2023 In response to Sello's response. What a load of garbage. You didn't solve the problem instead you blamed me and my pet for your faulty product and refused to give a refund. Even if you did give a refund you won't accept responsibility for postage. So for me to post it back would cost me half of what I paid for it. Face it you are a company that sells inferior products to unsuspecting chumps like me. They also have no problem ripping off elderly pensioners as well. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT USE SELLO PRODUCTS OR CATCH

What a joke. I brought a few items from your company via the woolworths app. It took almost a month as you shipped with hunter express, I received damaged goods. My firepit is full of rust and the box was damaged, looks all bend. And the lid does not fit at all. 3 camp chairs with are too small to go together and the salt lamp is broken. So thank you to Hunter Express breaking my items and thank you to your company from selling terrible products. What a waste of time and money.

These guys are absolute scam artists. They sell products on Catch, Kogan and other marketplaces. Their goods are defective and will not provide refunds or replacements.....I have seen your response which is simply a lie. I contacted your team with 24 hours of receiving the product and they still refuse to provide a refund, even within the warranty period. Maybe you should speak to your own customer service team

Worst company I’ve ever purchased from. Sold me a faulty cat litter, I requested for return, they asked for my order number which I provided, and heard nothing back since. Called their number, never answered. I will be taking it further with eBay to file an officially complaint. This is straight out fraud!

Product was shipped promptly and was what it said it was. I purchased the diesel heater and easy enough to install. Only issue I have had is the control panel does not match the one in the instruction manual and therefore unable to understand all the controls. The language on the control unit is Chinese so no help there either. They are not a scam but they are not as quick as one would want in responding to emails and they don't answer the phone. However, after a little inconvenience they did come through and the product has proved to be very good and great value for money. A great thank you goes out to Vivian for her great customer service!!!!
