The best people, quick and easy service. Those guys know what the're doing. My order has been done withing 30 minutes when other companies were talking two days. Amazing price also, nearly half as much I would have paid somewhere else. Don't bother of going anywhere else.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We had some tops printed for the business, the 4 items that FINALLY got printed were the worst quality screen print I have ever seen. The logo is literally peeling away from the top. When questioned - I was told I don't know how to look after this properly when everything he asked me if I was doing... I was!Furthermore we have been waiting 2 months for the tops which are now out of season and we can no longer wear. There were still a number of dresses to be printed and when I went to the shop to get the dresses completed or uncompleted, to no surprise, they werent even started. I asked for my items back as I needed them for today and was told until he spoke to the owner and got payment for the 4 items that took well over 2 months to print hew would not be releasing my dresses.This guy needs to get a lesson in customer service and also manners. It's not my issue that he is too lazy to get up off his chair and complete our printing, then to be so rude on top of this... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANYTHING AS THEY WILL LEAVE A BAD TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH.

My experience was absolutely horrid. I wanted to have calendars printed and I specifically asked to confirm if you got my email prior to printing and to confirm if my request was possible. You did not do this. As a matter of fact, you didn't respond to me at all concerning my printing enquiry. Two weeks later, I walked past your business (because prior to this issue, I was coming to your company regularly for printing so you were aware of who I was). You asked me to collect my printing and I said to you sorry I didn't receive a response from you so I went to another company - to which you then began to become aggressive towards me, exclaiming you wanted payment. I explained to you again the issue at hand and you then continued to explain that I owed you funds. I did not enter a contract with you nor did you confirm my printing enquiries so under no authority did I or do I owe you funds for this service. I continued to speak to you about this issue and you literally verbally cursed at me and closed the door in my face. I actually wanted to give you less than one star for your poor treatment and disgusting behaviour in dealing with this matter. I also sent an email to you explaining what happened and did not receive a response from you either. I did this in a private domain to protect you but now you have asked for an explanation on a public domain. I am absolutely horrified at your lack of customer service and inability to communicate with people on a professional level. Not once did I raise my voice to you or match your aggression. I am apalled by your actions and offended that you did not respond to my email complaint either.This is absurd behaviour!I have taken my business to another company Worldwide Printing Bundall and they have met and exceeded my requirements everytime. I highly recommend this company. You have missed out on an opportunity with a church that is needing printing literally every month - which is a shame.

Overpriced!!!I paid $5 to print 8 (black and white pages).... the person on the counter said they charge $0,5 for page..Obviously even charge me $1 more.Just ridiculous. Never again

Sensational customer service and turn around time on short notice. Always very accommodating when we supply our own artwork. Our business has been using Graham and the team at Local copy & Print for years. Highly recommended for all your printing requirements.

I have absolutely found the perfect Uni printing shop! Went in half an hour before closing and got my booklet printed and bound for cheaper than office works! Will absolutely go again and can recommend!!!
