We have just returned home after using Paladin Pet Care Services for the first time. We entrusted Tracy and her team to look after our 2 dogs, cockatiels, chooks and fish tanks. From the first time we met her, when she visited for a meet and greet, we knew our place would be in safe hands, her thoroughness in wanting to know our pets and property was amazing. While we were away, we received daily updates and happy snaps do the animals. Unfortunately in our absence, one of our dogs did get injured and Tracy was more than happy to monitor the wounds for us but as soon as we become more concerned about them, she got veterinary attention straight away and then administered the treatment following the consultation. Thank you Tracy, we cannot thank you enough and we’ll definitely be repeat customers and using your services next time we head off again!

Tracy at Paladin Pet Care takes care of our pet family when we go away for a break! We have dogs, a lizard, fish and rats and she cares for them so well we never have to worry when we are on holidays.We especially love the frequent photos and updates we get from Tracey which really go a long way when we are missing our pets.Would highly recommend!!

We recently went on a family holiday and being new to Darwin we didn't have any friends or family to look after our dog. We have never left him before and were obviously a bit apprehensive. Our worries were put to rest straight away when we received daily photos (with our dog looking very happy) and messages twice a day when Tracy visited him.
