I ordered a customise cake for a child’s birthday party over a week prior to the pickup.On the date of pickup upon reaching the store the staff was asking the most basic questions eg. what colour the decoration on the cake were, they even didn’t know what to write on top of the cake. All these questions were being asked 2 hours after the pickup time.After making us wait for 20mins while they were making the cake we finally got to see how badly they had messed it. It was nothing like we asked but we had to no option but to go ahead with the cake for the birthday party. It didn’t look visually appealing nor was the taste good. It had too much cream, even cracks all around.

Let me tell you about this cake shop in Melbourne that's truly one of a kind. Not only do they specialize in unique cakes like the Elsa cake (perfect for any Frozen fanatics out there) and delicious Egyptian Arabic Eid pastries, but the owner and his team are absolute baking geniuses.The first time I tried their cake, I couldn't believe how moist and flavorful it was. It was like a party in my mouth, and I wanted to invite all my taste buds to join in on the fun. And don't even get me started on their Eid pastries - they're so good, I'd swear they were made by the Egyptian gods themselves.But as amazing as this cake shop is, there's one downside: I live too far away from them. It's a tragedy, really. Every time I take a bite of one of their delectable treats, I feel like I'm being transported to a magical land where sugar is king and all my worries disappear. But then reality sets in, and I realize I can't just pop in whenever I want.So if you're lucky enough to live near this bakery, don't take it for granted! Go grab a cake or some pastries and savor every bite. And if you're like me and live too far away, just know that you're missing out on something truly special.

Oh my god ! I had the tiramisu cake which my husband got for my birthday and it was just simply delicious! I enjoyed it thoroughly! Also, birthday cakes usually are left over for the next day but not this one! The friends who had come to wish also loved it equally, confirming that the cake was very tasty and enjoyable!

I’ve ordered a few different cakes multiple times over the years here and I must say they never disappoint! The red velvet cake was the best cake I’ve ever had. Their cakes are very fluffy and moist. The Egyptian owner is so kind aswell!100% recommend run don’t walk!
