So disappointed!I Needed farm animal after hours vet asap, left message and have never had call back.Another recent call for help with farm animal, waited hours to get call back that there was no get on call!Bring back the Original clinic owners operators who provided many years of great service and the very best never fail amazing after hours call outs.Bring back the original clinic services!

Amazing care when we had to put our beloved Golden Retriever to sleep, and when our Springer Spaniel tried to sever his leg off. Thanks to amazing surgery, he is running around as he did previously. I am extremely grateful to the whole team here.

Staff are extremely condescending. Paid over a grand to have my dogs teeth cleaned September 2021 (I have photos of this). Only 4 months later for her to have issue with her teeth. When asked why the issues weren’t found in the earlier surgery was told no she had surgery in 2019 which is blatantly false. Not impressed that she has had to have another surgery so soon as she is an older dog. This practice doesn’t care about animals, it is a business. They are in it to make money so if you care for your pet I would suggest taking them elsewhere.

Having just moved to Victoria, and thinking my boy was no longer for this earth. Dr Dan and Dr Holly and staff treated me and my boy with so much compassion, although his diagnosis isn't great, 5 days later my kitty is back to his beautiful, talkative cuddly hungry self. I can't thank them enough.

New move to the area and now a new pup, was very unsure of which would be a good veterinary practice.Thankfully I was able to secure a vacancy at one of their puppy schools and found all the staff very friendly and helpful from the initial enquiry call.Well worth doing the puppy school it's reasonably priced, very small groups and a wonderful way to positive reinforce the clinic to your dog and a great way to get to know the practice and staff.During this time we took our boy to the vet to have his vasectomy stitches removed, then two inoculations over the following weeks.Both attending vets were mature, kind and knowledgeable.No hesitation in recommending this practice, thankfully all pleasant experiences, we continue to take our pup in regularly to purchase at home flea/tick/worm treatments.He totally loves going into the practice.

Experienced, knowledgeable vet saved my very sick, pet chicken. I got a last minute appointment. Staff were polite and friendly. Charges also reasonable. Other vets didn't want to treat my chook as they didn't have anyone with enough knowledge, so that's why I tried Gisborne. Highly recommended, will go there again.
