My wife had a family heirloom gold necklace stolen in Singapore 20 years ago. From a photo and a drawing i made from memory the team at Seaspray were able to make a pretty good copy. It was her surprise 60th birthday present. The team at Seaspray were fantastic during the design, quite and manufacture process. Can’t recommend them enough.

Amazing and professional service.My finger had swollen up and my diamond wedding band had gotten stuck. Dave was able to cut it off and also quoted me to have it rejoined and shipped back to me in Sydney. Such lovely staff - would absolutely buy from here if I lived locally.

If you want a jeweller that is knowledgeable about everything in the field, Seaspray is the place to go. You won't find better quality products or professional advice and services. The staff are friendly and helpful, it's a lovely place to visit. They also offer custom creations which are of the highest standard using new and interesting technologies as well as traditional practices. I would highly recommend to others. I always have a good experience with them :)

Not having pierced ears, I asked David to make me a pair of clip-on earrings. They were absolutely superb. I now have nine pairs which David has hand made with diamonds, pearls and gemstones and all 18ct white gold. Workmanship is second to none - or I would have stopped at one pair.During the last few years while having them made, I made many alterations which David happily did for me. Had a bad experience with a simple battery replacement. I brought in an expense watch to have the battery replaced to bring it back the next day as it wasn't working properly. Julie (owner) was too quick to say there must be a problem with the watch itself and that it needs to be send out for repairs. Well she was right as I brought it to another to repair that same day and their comment was Whomever replaced the battery was inexperienced and did damage to the prong where the battery sat" The piece was gone... broken. It was working fine Dec2021 before the battery died thereby no issues with the watch itself. Save your money as you will be paying for incompetency."

Had my engagement ring redesigned after having a horrible experience with a jeweller on the northern beaches. Julie sat with me at the computer and patiently designed multiple rings with my until I found the ring of my dreams. It is so simple and elegant, and it looks so creative even amongst the simplicity. It is absolutely divine. It’s character goes with my own and is something that will be a pleasure to wear every day.Thank you Julie, David and team!

Called up to check on opening hours as I needed to get my finger sized for rings. The lady on the phone instantly accused me of wanting to go and buy a ring online (not ever my intention) she was rude and I will now not be attending this store, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I understand the industry may be doing it tough at the moment, but this is not how you get new customers!

The customer service I received from Julie was exceptional. I live in Melbourne so Julie went above and beyond to recommend the correct weight for my gold bracelet. She photographed the bracelet on a colleagues wrist so that I could get a more accurate idea of the product I was purchasing. After losing my last bracelet in the street Julie suggested a safety chain be added, to which I agreed. I was very happy with my purchase, it arrived promptly and was more beautiful than anticipated.
