The Studio at West Beach

My husband & I have been members of the studio since inception. We attend weekly morning & evening classes and PT private sessions. We love the trainers, the location, the HIIT classes, but most of all the great community vibe & training friends we make at each session. Definitely an inclusive & welcoming group. The Studio at West Beach is the BEST. The trainers absolutely know their stuff and create challenging and varied workouts while also keeping an atmosphere of fun. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and the kids area really makes it so easy to get to a workout when I don’t have babysitters. The prices are so reasonable too. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

The Studio is always a great workout with the added bonus of everyone being so friendly. I never thought I’d be the type of person who loved going to the gym, but I really enjoy it, a few times a week. To begin with, I was worried I’d be the slowest or wouldn’t know what to do but everyone is on a different journey and everyone is so happy & supportive. Kelly & Jason help everyone with their goals, some people are smashing it while others are just starting out. My kids aren’t really crèche kids, so it’s awesome that they can be right there when I’m working out and they’re genuinely welcomed. It’s so cliche, but I wish I’d started sooner, for the workouts yes, but also for the fun & laughs.

Couldn’t have asked for a better fitness community. It hasn’t always been easy for me to get to classes but the team always check in and make sure I’m on track. They not only offer workout classes but provide health and wellness sessions too! The members are welcoming and inclusive and it’s simply the best atmosphere. I love everything about The Studio! The quality of the classes along with the amazing community that The Studio have established make it a great place to both exercise and socialise! Kelly and Jason tailor their classes to all levels of fitness and make everyone feel comfortable.

I just love how friendly and welcoming ‘The Studio’ is. I’ve honestly never met a friendlier and supportive fitness community. Kel and Jase are awesome trainers and are great at encouraging you to push past the limits you place on yourself.

I have only been going to the studio for around a month, and I absolutely love it !!! its a fantastic community, full of amazing people. The equipment which Jase and Kel have are vast, allowing people to suit their needs. Jase and Kel are both exceptional, couldn’t ask for a better place to workout !!!!

Such a welcoming and inclusive environment. Lots of laughs and a great workout too. Never thought I would enjoy the gym as much as I do.
