We had started our travels from Perth to Byron Bay. We were an hour out and my car started making a loud tapping sound.We called Friend's and they were able to see us straight away. They took the car for a drive and referred us onto Nissan down the road for further diagnostics.Alan and his team showed an enormous amount of empathy, care, were friendly and prepared to help in any way possible to get us safely back on the road.

Dondgy service. Do not use this guy!!Steer clear of this place.I went in with clear instructions asking for the wheel barings to be replaced.abd then had a list of jobs once this was done.I brought all the rewired parts.they said it would take 2 days.I called them on the morning of the last day to check to make sure there were no problems.They said it was ready to pick up and everything was fine.when ai got there. they gsve me a boolshit excuse why they couldnt do the wheel barings, which was why i asked them to do it.then tried to charge me for the other easy jobs I had given them to do if they had time.so they lied!!!, saying they didn't have all the parts which i provided and ended up doing my self, then chose to do the simple stiff that made them more money!!!As a mechanic, these guys are scammers!!!Be warned
