We go to Bon Bons at Plenty Valley often but today the coffee was so very bad. I had cappuccino, my husband had latte and our friend had Mocha. The coffees were so disappointing that we will not be going to this cafe again. All staff at a coffee shop should be competent enough to prepare a decent cup of coffee. Staff should be trained to balance the ingredients whille preparing coffee. No more BobBons coffee shop for us. I give it a minus score.

If you order on take way make sure to not forget napkins because they don’t give you in the bagYou know save 1 cc for them is better of save a costumer. That way I went just couple of times and never go again

Wow… 15:45 and we get told we can’t sit for our coffee as they are closing! But according to google it closes at 17:30! Won’t go back!

Chocolate croissant! At last I’ve found something I like at this store. Plenty to choose from and I’ve tried a few things over the last few months and this was the best. Although I did like their donuts. I also bought a box of donuts which were put in a beautiful box for me to take to my friends house for afternoon tea.Staff are friendly l but I’ve also been spoken to quite rudely so it’s a bit ‘hit and miss’. My girlfriend ordered a takeaway coffee with me and it wasn’t hot. They did replace the coffee when we let them know.Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking at this shopping centre.

me and my mum usually come here a lot because we love the donuts but today a lady was yelling at one of her workers in front of people in the store. she was coming off really aggressive and didn’t treat the worker well. felt really bad for the girl.

We are the customer of Bonbons for years, went to this store for the first time tonight, witnessed flies inside of display cabinet plus trays with marks... hence I decided to get a paper bag from the counter table to put donuts in. But the Asian lady (owner/employee) suddenly jumped this side of counter and aggressively said “you can’t do that! you have to put the items on tray first and bring to the counter!” I politely said your trays are not clean and I’ve done that in other stores with no problem, she continued yelling “No you are not allowed to do that! Its our company regulation you have to put donuts in tray”. This was sooo shocking!! I really hope such stupid thing is not part of head office trainings!! plus I strongly suggest head office to reconsider assessing franchisees’ behavior. Her attitude was far away from Australia’s standards and took me to the 3rd world countries… I always wondered why this store is so quiet compared to others and got my answer tonight!

I use to shop a lot in this bakery. One afternoon when I was there again, there was a boy about 10 years old. He looked really tired and was sitting outside of the shop The older woman owner asked him to leave in a very rude way only because he didn’t buy anything. The boy asked nicely:”I’m really tired. Can I just sit here for a while pls? I will leave soon. “ The owner still kicked him out. It’s not like they were so busy and people were waiting for the table. There were no body and all tables were empty. I am Chinese, I feel so ashamed how she acted. Heartless. I don’t think I will shop there again. And I hope her business will die off. We don’t need this sort of local business in our community.

Older female staff member/owner there is extremely rude. If they want customers to queue up at a specific area near the checkout counter, then there needs to be signage or some form of control measures in place. Customers aren’t mind readers. Female staff member was extremely rude and arrogant (bordering on racist). She was yelling and shouting and throwing the food, tongs and tray down on the counter top. Not surprisingly, by reading other reviews here, this staff member/owner sounds like she has some unresolved anger management issues.

Been going here for years, unfortunately today I met the infamous older lady people on google are all complaining about. Absolutely disgusting customer service, unbelievably rude, even her own staff had to apologise for her behaviour.Kicked me and my kids off a table because she had already cleaned and packed up at 3.30PM….? Yet her staff served us at a table.Noticed over the last few months their options are getting smaller and smaller, they’re starting to try close early, staff are in a bad mood (I understand why), going downhill.Needs new management, what a waste of space at such a nice local centre. We won’t be spending a dollar more here until management changes.

I love their donuts but I think the bakery could be more sanitary. One time I found a fly on one of the donuts. Also I understand the purpose of using tongs to pick up the donuts but I don't trust the hygiene of other customers.
