Regurgitating experience. Avoid if possible.They had a friendly start and we booked our kitchen stone with them (despite the fact their price was higher than others). In less than a day of installation (as we have just removed the old benchtops and splash backs) they have messaged us postponing our project by a week making excuses.As we messaged them about the situation they put us in (no kitchen), they replied with an offensive language and arrogantly asked us to come back and collect our deposit.If you value yourself, get do business with someone who has some manner. They have a good range though

It all started out lovely with a tour of the place and showing us all the options. They promised us to send the quote on the weekend.Nothing.Called and they said it'll be there tomorrow.Nothing.Left a message on their website. Nothing.What a waste of time

WARNING: Engage this company at your own risk, they are very friendly in the beginning but as the job progresses and things go pear shape it gets very ugly. It took over 9 months of excuses to get a benchtop they supplied repaired and in the end it wasn't. Excuses ranged from Death in the family, waiting on special glue from Sydney, they weren't happy with the repair a junior mason carried out on the top and the lead mason has broken ribs and can't work. They prefer cash so they don't leave a paper trail for the ATO. They will not respond to email so nothing is on record.Do not use The Stone Galleria.

We have used Stone Galleria twice now (once for our kitchen and once for our bathroom). They have a decent range of stone from budget up to caesar stone. Both times have been a great experience and easy communication!

What a waist of time, was told by the receptionist that she had no idea of any of the prices, the owner would be back in 20mins, waited much longer only to be told she was close by, waited....then left leaving the measurements and type is stone I might be interested in, still waiting for the quote! What a joke!

We recently had Stone Galleria fit out our new house with granite and marble stone in the kitchen, bathrooms and study. Their range of stone and tiles is extensive and high quality. Rekha and her team are fantastic and very helpful. Very happy with the product, price and people!
