As a 65 year old woman, I wanted to improve my overall strength and balance. Rhys created a program to work on this, while also considering my post-hysterectomy needs. Rhys is a great coach , he’s helped me with learning proper technique and different types of exercises during my PT sessions with him and has written me a good program to follow for my other gym sessions .Highly recommend

RT Strength and Fitness
After surgery my Dr suggested I start resistance training so i wouldn't lose to mush muscle. I went to XS fitness and spoke to Rhys re my situation, Rhys worked out a training program for me,reassessing and changing the routine as my fitness improved. Since July 22 my fitness, body shape and health have improved so much. Looking forward to the future PT session and learning from Rhys and his experience. Thanks for your guidance Rhys.
