What turned out to be a tricky job made so much easier and more pleasant by Santino and his support. Job completed with good grace and humour despite some of the challenges installing a new system in an apartment. Thank you both.

Can't recommend Rapid Plumbing enough. Had an issue with our old water heater (non emergency) so called Sunday evening and they came out the next day. Communication was outstanding in regards to what was wrong with the system, explained the steps of how they would repair/replace the system and always in contact with you when they're on their way. Was not pushed into getting anything done and gave us options on how to fix the problem. No hidden cost and got the job done fast and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

Tino was an ABSOLUTE LEGEND! So caring and friendly, gave me all my options ahead of time. Literally saved us after hours and was very caring about making sure the job was done right. Even when calling and making the booking Jason was down to earth and was initially why we went ahead and booked. Know that I was speaking to a plumber on the phone and not a call centre made all the difference even though the $$ was more. Again can’t thank these guys enough for their team work tonight! I would definitely highly recommend.

I organised an appointment with Rapid Plumbing Vic to replace my toilet seat in advance. I had to call two or three times to see when they were coming on the day. They said roughly 2pm. It was 4:30pm and I felt bad if I was not there I rung back the company to chase up where the technician was. The operator had no clue, so of course I would cancel it, even though I knew they obviously forgot about the job. It was be common sense to ring me to notify me what was going on. Plus call out fee is around 80 bucks which is quite high from other services I rung.

Rapid Plumbing was engaged by our Real Estate agent. There was a gas leak at the property. The gas was turned off at the meter by the gas authority. Therefore the site was safe.Rapid Plumbing stated they where on site for 2hrs, provided a general report without finding the specific location of the fault and provided a quote. There is no full name or license or registration number of the tradesperson on the report. Which is what the Victorian Building Association will ask for when or if you call them.For doing that general report and no rectification works they charged over $700. Money upfront.The quote for actual works was quoted to be over $3500.Remember the issue was a gas leak, the property only has a gas heater, hot water service and oven/cooktop; 2hrs and $700 upfront for a quote/report only.I got a different plumber who gave a free quote, conducted tests to specifically find the fault and completed works for a little less than the fee, the $700 not the $3500, the agent was charged for the report only by Rapid Plumbing.Our plumber had to do his own testing due to the report from Rapid Plumbing not specifically finding or specifying the gas leak. The fault was found in less than 40min.Please do yourself a favour and contact other plumbers for a Free quote. Do Not pay anyone upfront as if you have an issue with works or the amount charged you will find it very difficult to get a refund or resolution.

We hadn't used Rapid before. We had a tap that we thought needed to be tighten under our sink. Tino Carbone arrived within the time specified. He assessed the situation and advised us that the tap needed to be replaced or we would continue to have on going trouble with it. Tino showed taps for us to consider. Tino gave us a quote for cost of the tap and installation. He went and purchased the tap and removed and installed the new tap. It wasn't an easy installation as we have a insinkerator as well under the sink he also gave us some advice about the way things should have been installed after our unit got flooded back 20217.I couldn't rate Tino highly enough. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. It was so nice to have a tradesman in your home who knew what he was doing. To me his attitude to the job and being a Saturday too was amazing.We are Self Owned Owners Corporation and I am the Manager and Administrator. I will certainly be adding Tino from Rapid Plumbing to our list of service providers for other owners to use.

We moved into a new place and were pretty devastated to realise there was no working hot water and a leaky gas pipe.Rapid Plumbing helped us deal with the news and trouble shoot the best/most affordable way to get everything safe and working again.Only 36 hours after our initial inquiry we have completely new pipes and a new hot water system! We were always kept in the loop about what was going on and every effort was made to ensure we turn our stove back on and have a hot shower as soon as possible.Great service.

Our front yard water tap pipe got broken accidentally and we had to turn off the water from the main. It was an emergency as there was no water in the property. We googled and contacted 'Rapid Plumbing'. They were so quick to come. Their service was excellent, rapid and economic.
