This store sold me a broken right side joy-con for my Nintendo Switch. The buttons cannot be properly pressed and I thought these consoles were checked" before they get sold cause if that's the case how did this happen? I'm pretty sure this is the same store that sold me a Wii U console several months ago with a power cable that didn't work which forced me to buy a replacement cable... If I ever buy another console and it comes from this store I'm instantly getting my order cancelled. I don't trust this store no more."

Ordered a Booster box at $200 which came damaged and a huge sticker across the top damaging the wrapping. Normally not too bad but as it was for a sealed collection pretty disappointing considering there were a ton of good ones on the shelves but they probably just gave me a bad one because I wouldn't see it.

I had the wonderful experience of being served by Emily. She is an absolute delight that assisted with my needs as I desperately wanted to upgrade my switch.Her and her coworkers made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. As this isn’t my local I may not always come here but would happily make the trip again to be greeted by the staff here.Thank you all once again for your kind and great customer service.
