Very helpful service both over email and the phone. We ordered a router bit online on a weekend and received it on Tuesday and we live in a regional area. They also sharpened a bit for us and express posted it back to us.

Support Australian made. High quality router and forstner bits (to only mention a couple of products). Great service and advice. They cost similar than inferior products. Might only be a cup of coffee more!

Best router bits you can get your hands on.It's worth while spending the extra money and getting these over 'economy bits'. I've got Carbitool bits older than I am and they perform jast as good as the ones I can get from them today.
