I have had a 260 litre heat pump hot water system installed for around 2 months now. I did my due diligence and chose Apricus based on reviews (both of Apricus itself and related products that utilise its technology) and installer advice, having ignored cheaper options because of reports of poor customer service/response. In Apricus I have found quite the opposite, and in spades! I value quick responses and good service, and it has been nothing but exceptional.Besides, technically speaking the unit has performed very satisfactorily, and I have had the opportunity to check its extraordinary (and energy saving!) insulation. Not to mention that I am using it only on solar power, a perfect match.Being technically minded I have also found it fun to explore its operational details to extract maximum performance.I wholeheartedly recommend this brand.Carlos

Don’t think you are going to get warranty on a product because you won’t. Sent photos of the hot water system exploded and apparently it’s our fault it brokePaid good money for system and no support don’t bother purchasing one of these go somewhere elseIt’s not a 10 year warranty
