We used Gareth couple of times to come and cook for the whole family. He managed to cook great dishes to the whole family, with special dietary for husband and my food intolerance.He works fast, clean, professionally and cook delicious meals.

We recently engaged Fork It to cater for a 60th wedding anniversary. We requested finger food to be supplied for 15 people, and we received 5 trays of magnificent food including mini beef pies, rice paper rolls and a duck appetiser, the name of which escapes me...but it was all delicious. It's the second time we've used Fork It's services and it won't be the last.

We engaged Gareth to cater the Christmas break-up brunch for our dog club (Glen Iris Dog Training Club). He guided us on menu and was very helpful when, to our shock, the number of people who had 'booked' free tickets was almost double the number we'd had the previous year (some 100 adults and some 30 kids). The food was absolutely delicious. All our members had high praise for the quality of the catering and the freshness of the fruit platters and sandwiches. The sausage rolls were a definite hit, so glad we ordered extra. We will definitely use Gareth again next year.

Gareth provided amazing food that was loved by all our work team. The paella was crazy delicious, as was the salmon and salad with citris zing. Not much left over! Would not hesitate to use Fork It again.

Gareth is wonderful and so is his food. We hosted a dinner party at home for 6 adults. Each course was beautifully presented and cooked perfectly. Gareth was professional, flexible to the guests needs and attentive to all the details. It was a pleasure to work with him and can’t wait till we see him again.

I recently held a dinner party for 18 and called on Fork It to take care of the catering!I highly recommend Gareth to all - his food was just perfect and he catered for all dietary requirements of my guests.The best bit? When the night was over, my kitchen was sparkling and there wasn't a single thing I needed to clean or put away!

I cannot recommend Gareth enough for any of your catering needs, large or small. We needed a chef urgently and not only did he come straight in but he took control of the kitchen creating beautiful dishes in a timely manor and with a friendly attitude. He has a real vision when it comes to creating a menu, doesn't matter if its gourmet hot dogs to a 5 course a la carte menu, he will have it made to perfection. Thanks Gareth!

Paella cooked fresh on the banks of the Yarra. The food was just delicious, and seamlessly executed too. Would definitely recommend, and re-book in future.
