Dani provided wonderful service to me. I ended up buying a vacuum much more $$$ then originally planned. I’m very happy with the product as it does what Dani said it would do. Owning 3 dogs and a cat you can imagine the importance of vacuuming every day. Thank you Dani for your knowledge around the Timeco platinum. Purchase date Feb 24.

Hands down one of the best experiences in customer service I have received in a long time. I came into the store looking for a robot vacuum and can I just say that Lauren with the help of Mel were absolutely amazing! I had a vague idea of what I was looking for but they were able to show me all the pros and cons of each brand and model and they are just so funny and down to Earth. They just made sure every facet was well looked after. They could honestly sell a vacuum cleaner to mound of dirt they were that amazing! 5/5 would recommend.

I went to the Helensvale store the other day with a blocked hose for my work vacuum, I was greeted by Lauren who was so helpful and unblocked my hose free of charge and gave me advice on a new stick vacuum. 10/10 for service will be back for a new vacuum soon!

I purchased the tineco pure one S12 vacuum and Mel could not have been more helpful. She took the time to explain the differences in machines I was interested in. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with confidence. I would highly recommend coming to see Mel for your next vacuum purchase.

We came in looking for a steam mop. We had done no previous research, Dani was amazing she’s went though all the different functions and also gave us handy tips. looking for vacuum bags, called several retailers and suppliers didn’t care. Called Godfreys who I never deal with, spoke with the manager Danny at Helensvale superstore, not only was she helpful. She encouraged me to bring in the vacuum cleaner and she sourced a bag that would fit. I am now at Godfry man because of Danny! fantastic Manager
