Great coffee although we didn’t receive the correct food order. Ordered the open cheese melt with ham, tomato & Spanish onion - no tomato or Spanish onion.

Food was ordinary, toast was actually bread and coffee was cold. Could eat it. I could cook better and I'm a terrible cook. The photo is what I couldn't eat.

Waited 40 minutes for coffee, poached eggs with toast and bacon. That's OK. They told me there would be a wait- although not sure why, not overly busy. My 1 star is based on what I got after that wait. Coffee was warm- not hot and tasted awful. Then my breakfast- toast was sitting in a puddle of water (soggy and inedible) and poached eggs were well over cooked. Vile sums it up.

Beware the quiche!! Drenched in thickened balsamic although not included in menu description? They didn't even apologise when I asked why ruin the quiche like that? Will not go back.

Disappointing at best!Forgot our food order (which was scones). After a 20 min wait proceeded to get angry at us. Didn’t want to give her name. Then declared she was the manager! Ended up refunding order and giggling with other staff. Alecia if that is even your name….You need to do better!!

Delicious lunch of pumpkin, sage and ricotta lasagne. Service was quick and nice to sit in this cafe instead of at the food court.

The food was decent but my pineapple and schnitzel wrap had trace amounts of pineapple, you'd need a microscope to find it. Worst of all, me and my friend both ordered iced lattes and as displayed we both got different sizes despite both paying $5, the table water cups smelt funny as well. Ordered eggs Benedict with avo and spinach, avo was brown on both plates and eggs were completely cooked instead of poached for both of ours. Didn’t even receive our coffee. Extremely disappointed as this was our go to place for eggs Benedict but we will not be returning.

I have been going to Lotus for months! absolutely love the service, love the customer care and love the bubbly loving caring girls on the machine. totally would recommend to a friend!
