Went to my first polates class tonight and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun but solid workout! There was a nice mix of pilates incorporating the pole as well as learning some pole tricks. Nicola is a wonderful instructor and made me feel confident to step out of my comfort zone. As an added bonus, the studio is gorgeous as well!

A wonderful space for your morning or evening workout.Starting with a mat Pilates based workout which pushes you and then finishing with some fun on the pole. Such a fabulous way to do exercise and have fun at the same time.Stretch classes have been so good on my body, which has given me a heap of help in movement.Leanne and Nicola are awesome and make you feel welcome.I highly recommend.

I was a bit nervous about going as I have never done anything like this before, but I loved it the moment it started. Nicola made me feel right at ease and I caught on quicker than I thought. I now do it once a week - it's a great workout and compliments my strength training really well.

I have never done Pole Dancing or Pilates before and it was fantastic! Great music and calm atmosphere! Instructors very helpful and experienced. The studio is so classy - very professionally decorated and tidy.
