Freedom you have done it again. Poor after sales service. I call the store to get an update on my order placed 6 weeks ago as I had no update. Store is unable to look up my order on the weekend as there system has been uninstalled.How is it possible you can take money from consumers and not be able to tell them the status of their order? My previous purchase I had waited 5 months for my order to be delivered and then my goods were damaged upon delivery.I would avoid purchasing from Freedom period. The lead times for delivery, the after sales service leaves nothing to be desired.

Freedom kitchen deserves No star. I purchased $20k+ kitchen in Dec 2020 which was more expensive than my other quotations.The installation was scheduled on 16/2/21 & 17/2/2021. The process was not started without a full payment. First Installation cancelled and rescheduled to 23/2/21 & 24/2/21. Again cancelled Rescheduled on 25/2/21 & 26/2/21.We found out the following issues on 25/2/21:-delivered items were different from the actual order- Check measure was not done correctly, so kick boards and the length of kitchen is longer than the delivered items.- couple of items missed on delivery.So, the installation left half way. However, the installer didn't leave the job without getting the full installation cost.In order to chase up for those installation rescheduling, I was on phone call hold several hours every single day.It is 10-Mar-2021, after 15 days I asked the sales consultant for refund as I got no time or date for the completion regardless of numerous calls. She redirected me to customer service to submit my request. It is interesting that getting hold of someone at customer service would take couple of hours on phone to get hold of a random person and explain the whole story. The respond from customer service is very simple:Sorry for inconvenience

Please don't buy any product from freedom. It's very bad service. I paid for 2 coffee tables 5 months ago before the lockdown. They said one would take 2 weeks to arrive their shop, another one will take 3 months to arrive. And then lockdown happened, I could not pick up the first one in 2 weeks time. 5 months later, I tried to pick up my orders. they said there are not goods avaliable for picking up. is it ridiculous? Also, I needed to call twice to get this answer. I asked a solution to take their samples because I'm urgently need the coffee tables. they said no. What's the point when you can not provide the goods and still show customer the samples? Also, I tried to make a complaint to the headoffice of freedom, no one cares. Don't wast your time and effort to look at this brand. It has not service at all. Also the company doesn't care about the customers.

Bought a large mirror 6 months ago & is such poor quality. Had it professionally installed and now the white paint is flaking off. Called the store and discovered it only has a 30 day warranty!!!

Ordered 2 chairs in February and was advised due to Covid that there would be delays and expect them in June. That’s fine with me. Come June and I’m ringing for one week without anyone answering the phone. I ring centre management and they said “I get 7 to 8 calls a day complaining about Freedom not answering their phone”.I decided to drive in and see the manager. Whilst waiting for the manager I asked one of the sales assistance why don’t you answer the phone. Their response was “We can’t answer when we are serving customers”. Of course that’s not true so I tested this theory out. Took 20 steps back, waited 5 minutes and dialed the number. You guessed it, the phone was ringing, the staff looked at the phone flashing, then continue to type away on the computer....no customer in sight.Finally the manager appeared, asked her where my chairs were and she said “I need to ask the office and they’ll contact in a couple of day”. I then proceeded to tell her how I rang and watched her staff ignore the call. She then game me attitude and pretty much shrugged me off.Seriously Freedom, you have major problems in Belrose and with service like this, I’ll be surprised if you survive much longer. I’m in the process of cancelling my order and never stepping foot into your store again.

We have ordered a bed frame and mattress two months ago , tried many times to contact them , unfortunately the staffs were unaware where the product or what’s the cause of delay . Went to the store to cancel the order , waited 40 minutes to cancel , as the manager was explaining about mattresses to another customer. Staffs at the billing informed her twice about us being waiting, yet she didn’t delegated it to any other persons. I hope any other staff can do that merchandising. Later she came, as one more customer came for cancellation. The cancellation process took only less than 1 minute . We have to wait 40 minutes to do this 1 minute process . It was quite a disappointing experience at freedom.

I never leave reviews, but I had to for this store. I walked in and this lady who seemed to be the manager of the store was just so inappropriate. The thing that ticked me off the most was her and another employee (male) talking about different disability disorders and how “ridiculous” the diagnosis are. Disgusting how workers can discriminate on the job and saying it so loud and proud, as if there weren’t any customers in the store. Do better Freedom Belrose.
