The staff’s service and pleasant nature make this the only pharmacy I will go to. The store is always immaculate and is a pleasure to visit.

Terrific staff, knowledgeable and always helpful. A cohesive team. Competitive pricing. Loyalty card is a bonus. Good variety of different products. Easy to check if medications are in stock. A quick order if not - usually within 24 hours. Nothing is too much trouble.

Not sure why your advertised hours are open until 6.30pm on a Friday. I visited your pharmacy tonight at 6.20 to see the shutters pulled across. Customers and staff still inside. Very disappointed that this is the service from my local pharmacy as I needed to fill a script for my child.

Very disappointed with service here,I requested a manager to resolved a minor conflict in regard to price unfortunately manager had no customer service skills or a leadership skills which to remain calm under any conditions or pressure.Heated up the conversation by saying this is not Bali and none professional body language by tear up the medical certificate.and saying I spend 100k in my education and which was not related to what I was seeking help with.I requested the manager for his name and advised him that I will lodge formal complain in regards to your behaviour the gentleman refused to provide his name and took the victim side to call the security where I was remain calm.I strongly recommend management to review the CCTV. Footage to follow up approximately Around 14:58 hrs on 26/02/2023 for a better and professional services to the community.

All staff are always very helpful and friendly, even at the busiest times.Some well knowledgeable pharmacists here, should you have specific health queries for advice too.Have been going here for over a year and great service throughout.
