The salon most definitely overbooked 12 people in the salon but only 4 employees. My appointment was booked a month prior for 10:30 I was there till 12:30 for a pedicure !!! I am trying to be open minded here and see the positives I can say that the employees were quick and efficient trying to get to all the customers, the pedicure itself was quick and a good job it was the time waiting FOR the pedicure and FOR the sns that was the problem. I will definitely come again and hope for a different experience.

Paid $95 for French infills, they did a soak off when I never asked for it, used a tool to rip them off aswell, filed my finger until it bled I’m so disgusted please don’t think for a second that they care about you I feel violated. I tried to argue the price but ended up paying it because by this point everyone was staring

Had shellack put on for 1st time last Thursday and by Saturday it had chipped and peeled off four nails. Went back to complain and they wanted to charge me to redo them. Poor quality & service

I’ve given this place more than 1 2nd chance, and every time I leave disappointed.Staff are rude, and rush you, even though they are always quiet (that should be a good indicator the service isn’t good)Standard pedi and sns, get asked 3 times to choose colour for my toes first; I would like to pick my hand colour first “it’s easier if you pick toe colour first”Then pushed and pulled in and out of water like I had ruined her day.SNS - previous colour still left all over my hands and nail beds. Nails all uneven.

Absolutely terrible they are sooooo slow and my acrylic nail broke within 5min of leaving the shop when I came back she tried to tell me I hit something and it broke when I already told her that was not true. When she 'fixed' the made the nail crooked and uneven and way longer than the rest...So bad DINT GO THERE!

Worst pedicure ever my feet were soaked for less than 1 minute in cold water without any bath salt. My previous celiac was scrapped off not soaked in foil will nail vanish remover. No message no dead skin round the nails removed. Lazy effort by the consultant who was servicing the cue .

They gave my feet & hands the royal treatment with the professionalism they needed. I didn't get this when I went overseas, so it was a welcomed difference.
