Do not use. They want you to 100% prepay for work not done, then if they're not able to complete the work they'll charge you a fee of their liking. I cannot recommend against using this company enough.

I would give no stars if I had that option.Where do I start? Over a year ago now we decided to get new screen doors, they were measured incorrectly three of the doors were measured wrong so that the glass door and screen doors would touch so I could never actually close both doors at the same time, I had to follow them up about this which I was always met with incredibly rude and blunt customer service by Teresa and Joe I had to coerce them to come out to the property because the emails and photos were not enough! They didn’t believe us.It took months for them to fix the issue we had to pay for them to reinstall the wrongly measured doors and then found out the locks were only held in by sticky tape! I had called numerous times with unanswered questions about when this was getting fixed. I will never use them again and I will let all my friends and family know not to use them. The stress and money these doors has cost us is monumental.I just can’t get over how rude they were when all these issues came from them.
