From last one year i’m working as a casual educator with this agency . When i started with them they mentioned if you complete 3 shifts you will get the bonus . I unfortunately completed a bit late , when i asked then they were like “ which bonus” . I ignored like may b the offer already ended. Well ,then they mentioned if you refer your friend you will get the bonus . I referred my friend , she even said my name in the interview with my location.(Also , i mentioned her name in chat support as well). Then a lady called me and said your friend didn’t mention your name, then she said your friend mentioned “ somewhere or online “. I was like “ not again” . Well this is the last i am trusting on this bonus game .

As a casual I think that it is important for an agency to response questions quickly and positively, equally important for causal to be valued when working with an agency.I have had a great experience working with Z Recruitment, they are very responsive when you have any questions.They also would like to put efforts to build a closer relationship with the casuals and they have regular bonus system is very tempting!

I’ve been using the Z Recruitment App for casual staffing across both of my Centres in Narellan Vale and Bondi for almost 6 months. Having the ability to post our own shifts via the App and have Educators accept those shifts directly is far more convenient for us than calling around to the Agencies, trying to secure a casual for either service. Often when we post a shift through the App, it is accepted within a few minutes and on average, we fill about 80% of our Casual staffing needs this way. I really love Z Recruitment ! it gives me absolute freedom to choose the workplace and time. the APP is amazing. I love how they help me in troubles. Specially miss Brooke she would immediately reply my messages and help me get though it. It’s only been 2 weeks with z recruitment and I am loving it. The shifts available are good and the educators are great. One time I met two educators from z recruitment in asame shifts and we had lovely talk. They were so helpful and provided me information they have. Not only z recruitment is a great team, the educators are great too.

I have been working with Z Recuritment from its beginning. Its very easy to using the apps and also quite easy to get shifts. working places and shifts are correctly mentioned and sometimes its flexible too. Any one can choose their desire locations and go for work on that centre. Managment is so good and they always take care of every matter of educators. Z Recruitment is a really good company. I find the App is really easy to use. Flexible and Available shifts. Staff is excellent. Hourly pay rate is higher than the other Early Childhood services. I'm very happy to work with them.
