They stuffed up my order, didn't apply a 20% off discount code. When i brought it to their attention they refused to correct it as the payment had already gone through. I asked for the manager, he refused to correct it. I said that he could cancel the order, refund it then put it through again. He refused and complained that cars behind had been waiting for over 5 minutes. I said i ordered and gave the discount code, but their system hadn't applied and and I've been charged full price, and i wanted it correctedhe again refused and said i wasn't his problem.Another example of the fast food mentality and teenaged managers"

We had a very large mobile app orderWent through drive thru service was quickWas thinking because it was such a big order there would be items missing for sure…. But nope everything was there even the sauce for the nuggets!!! Food was hot and looked greatWell done to the whole team on a great job!!

Disgusting management. I received half my order through the delivery app missing 2 large chips and a half made burger with no sauce and pickles when I specifically removed it due to allergy’s.I drove to the store to ask them to remake my burger and chips. I was greeted by a bay manager who already had an agenda to be rude and dismissive. Told me it wasn’t his problem and I should make a complaint via door dash even tho it was ordered through the maccas app. Explained it’s probably the drivers fault and didn’t want to take any accountability for his team messing up an order. I advised it’s obviously an internal issue and not one door dash should be responsible for. During our conversation another team member was over heard mentioning they messed up on an order that needed to be remade.There’s clearly an internal issue and people are expected to spend more money in store instead of getting the food they already payed for due to clear incompetence. When I explained my complaint to the manager at how disappointed I was with the lack of accountability and compassion although understood they may be busy. his response was ok bye and turned his back to me.Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I tried to get a refund from DoorDash who also told me it wasn’t their problem. I’m now out of pocket and still did not receive the food I paid for.Maccas you’re a joke.

I ordered a Big Mac at the drive through (extra cheese, no pickles) and SOMEHOW the staff member had also selected “no bun” as part of the edit. There’s no screen at the pay window to check my order and all they say is “the Big Mac meal?”. I pay for it and wait for my burger meal, drive home only to open the box and find that I’ve got no burger… just the meat lettuce and cheese in the box…I was 36 weeks pregnant and not happy

I guess we shouldn't expect anything really from today's society. There is no right" anymore. Only what's good enough for the individual making the immediate action. So if that person just doesn't care.... You end up with a LARGE SALAD in a pathetic BREAKFAST BURGER BOX WithOUT Parmesan & you HAVE To ASK for the Ceasar Dressing AGAIN! & You get attitude as if you demanded them to personally deliver it by foot through 5kms of bindi fields with swooping magpies without messing up the meal & keeping the temperatures perfect.. Thanks!Like what is that about? You chose to work there! Do the job

Placed my order in store at the kiosk at 10.40pm it is now 11.05pm and I am still waiting. There was only 3 other people who ordered in front of me. There was also only 1 gentleman manning the front of house doing in store, drive through and delivery orders. The person manning the front did not look like they had any idea what they were doing and constantly looked lost. Might need to retrain your staff or put more on so the ‘late night rush’ isn’t so overwhelming for them. Won’t be coming here again.Not even worth 1 star

The young lady in the drive through. Was lovely very polite. You could hear in her voice that she was smiling as she spoke. We came to the service window that was a different story. The young girl was so rude and had additude. We ordered a cappuccino with one sugar and hot chocolate. She jammed the cup tray in my hands, mumbled something as she walked away. She came back said to me can you move on. I said excuse me. Could you tell me what one is the cappuccino please? She spat back rolling her eyes at me saying. I told you it's the one that's not pushed in and walked off. We still struggled to hear what she said. She was so so rude. I don't get it. I treat everyone who are serving me with respect and am polite. Service staff want the same in return. Sometimes you a treated like garbage even though you have respected them. If you don't want too work. Give the job up and give it to someone who needs it. Also, the cappuccino had no sugar, both cappuccino and hot chocolate were luke warm. My mum could only drink half of her cappuccino. She said the coffee was shocking. Waste of money, very disappointing, wont be back.

Absolutely zero effort to be hasty or efficient on any level 5:16 in the morning people are going to work, people need to open stores, get job sites going … seriously get some staff that can actually run a drive though at that time…..3-5 staff minimum I saw in there and 15 mins to get 3 cars out … seriously ? Unfortunately I get breakfast daily and they have either taken forever or can’tEven get a simple muffin order correct I have no choice but to go to a macers closer to work, I don’t have the time in the morning to deal with constant let downs to start my day.

I always regret purchasing from McDonald's after having the meal and this was no exception. Was it the small size of the burger? Or was it the strand of hair in the french fries that ended up in my mouth? Best not to dwell on it and just avoid all McDonald's from now on.
