Some of the best customer experiences I’ve had from any company. Phil from Telecom Today is not only a really nice guy, but a consummate professional. He has fixed network and cabling issues at two different places we’ve lived and each time he has not only resolved the issue, but increased speed and reduced latency in our NBN internet connection. I would highly recommend him and Telecom Today, especially for people getting nowhere with their ISP.

I have been arguing with Telstra for over a year about unreliable internet connectivity .Phil promptly fixed and explained what was happening. Very smart guy .Internet has never been so strong.Should of reached out to them a year ago.Totally recommend Phil.

This company is very professional. I have used them 3 times now. They ran a bridge internet down to my office from the house 100m away and it has never faulted 3 years later. Always answers the phone, always fast and gets the job done. Price is good too. Wouldn't go anywhere else A+++ for the hills district and internet problems.

Phil was highly responsive/timely with my initial enquiry then booking once we agreed on the call-out rate (which was v reasonable btw) and then he came out & sorted it nice & quick within 10-15mins so that my NBN was finally up & running after weeks of to-ing and fro-ing with Telstra. So much better having NBN vs Mobile Wi-fi back-up & I highly recommend them, thanks alot Phil & Telecom Today!

What a champianWe were stuck in a situation where we moved house and my wife had to start work but we had issues with the internet line. I explained the situation we were in he said he would be there the next day, however he made room for us on the same day we rangCant thank these guys enough

After 3 technicians from broadband service provider, because of slow and continuous drop outs . These guys came and identified that , a lot of electronics were redundant, left from Foxtel and old cable service . Within 20 minutes it was up and running, at a speed faster than ever . I highly recommend this company
