While it did take a long time to be made (Jan 22 to May 22), it was worth the wait. The result we have had is amazing, and at a far less cost than what we were quoted from companies to re-do this laundry. We have used Kaboodle before (standard colours available on bunnings shelves) for a work bench, and plan on doing the same for another space. It has lasted years and years so far, so I have no worries about this new laundry.

Took way longer to deliver than quoted. Multiple panels were either damaged or not finished properly and needed replacing.Hinges don't have enough adjustment to fit the doors properly. And after waiting six weeks for a replacment bench top, it was not made to the right specs and doesn't fit. Kaboodle customer service is a joke. They keep asking for more photos even though it is obvious what the problem is. It feels like they are just hoping you give up and go away. Really not happy. My advice is to get a cabinet maker and forget kaboodle, unless you like hitting your head against a brick wall. The automated response from kabooble is another insult. I have been dealing with their so called customer service for months now. These were some of the photos I had to send them because they didn't believe me. Maybe they should check their records.Again let me sayDONT DEAL WITH KABOODLE.Get a cabinet maker. It will cost you less and you get a much better product.Oh by the way they have not contacted me since the first posted review.

I ordered a kitchen almost 12 months ago (paid in full up front) and have since had 3 damaged benchtops delivered the third was to be delivered today. Plus I had to change the design as Kaboodle said they are not continuing with a type of cupboard I had ordered. I would not recommend getting a Kaboodle Kitchen to anyone. What a nightmare this has been.

Parts wrong and missing, we had to swap the hinges on the cabinets 4x and were told by Bunnings the quality of them isn’t great. Our installers offered to supply blum, which went in straight away and had no issues with. Do yourself a favour and just hire a cabinet maker that supply and installs.

I came to Bunnings for a Kaboodle kitchen thinking it would be a nice, inexpensive facelift my kitchen needed. But please people do your due diligence when getting quotes for a kitchen refresh and done believe the ads. I think I got stuck with Bunnings in the end as they charge $90!!! To come and do a measure and quote, (most places will do that for FREE!! ) so not wanting to loose $90 I agreed to the kitchen.Had I known the hell I’d go through for this kitchen I would have gladly paid $900! Never to have to deal with themOr their affiliated “bench top company Think Bench tops”.The kitchen cabinets them selves look okay, but there is no personalisation, they use their standard stock sizing of cabinets they have on offer and just make them work, no matter how they look. I have over head cabinets they go past my bench top, rather then meet in line as they should. I have the worlds smallest bin, when I requested a double integrated bin and my above fridge cabinet comes in their one size, which has now affected my flooring, which I can not replace, now causing me many other issues. My kitchen has been installed for nearly 6 weeks, without being able to be used, because the bench tops come from a different company whom have been the wilds worst communicators, and have taken over 3 weeks to finalised a measure and quote. It is such poor customer service, I have been through hell and back for such a small renovation and I would not wish this on anyone. Please please please learn from my mistakes and seek a proper kitchen cabinet company for your kitchen renovations.

The Kitchen design process was fine, it took a while to arrive (weeks) which is fine, but now the lower cabinetry, back & side panels and all the skirting boards are warped. The laminate is coming off. It looks terrible. A tradie said it looks like water damage, which we don't know how ? Isn't a kitchen a water area. Why is the wood sucking up the water instead of being resistant to it. Its never happened in other homes I have owned. I would have to conclude that the wood is a low quality. I will try and get assistance/compensation through the warrantee, but somehow I doubt I will get a favourable outcome, judging by these comments. So a $1500 repair at my expense. Yippeee. No thanks Kaboodle, your life time guarantee is useless.Cc

Built a few kitchens with Ikea, but decided to do one with Kaboodle as their shaker style is nicer. Unfortunately I'll be moving back to ikea after this one.Designing: The design process is actually very good. The self-serve online software is great and the appointment with Kaboodle was smooth.Ordering: This was my first hick-up. I designed and paid the deposit with a week lead-time on the order. However i heard nothing. When following up with Bunnings for the order, they struggle to find it as the order number the designer gives you is not the same as the actual order number. Called kaboodle and they literally could not help me at all to find the order.Delivery: Delivery drivers were great but having an 8 hour window is frustrating.Building cabinets: The frames are pretty decent. Its all chip board with moisture resistance. Not all edges are sealed (unlike ikea). All have a solid back which is a plus and a minus. Gives extra piece of mind for strength however makes even the smallest cabinet heavy.Drawer unit: This is where kaboodle blows my mind. The drawer base unit and the door unit are different (different hole pattern), which is really doesn't need to be. Also the drawer unit comes with drawers which in theory is good but in practice, really dumb. If you opt for the metal drawers, you end up with two sets of drawers, its a complete waste. And as mentioned, if you want metal drawers, you can't just get the normal base cabinet because the wholes are different.Nail in the coffin: End caps and filler panels. All well and good having a quality checked" sticker on everything but what on earth is being checked. Every single end cap I got with my order has had to be swapped out because of defects. All vinyl wrapped panels had bubbles (not air

I had high hopes as the design process was a positive experience however … i cant say that the quality matched expectations…. We are still waiting since January to have our laundry butlers pantry finished.. as there were issues with quality.. bubble in the wrap and chips in areas that your eye goes to .. sigh..and kaboodle finally delivered the replacement panels after several frustrating conversations between Bunnings and the company…around 2 weeks ago and no-one has bothered to follow up or contact us with a time to come and complete the job.The cost isn’t cheap as you might expect .. but time is more important to me and i would have gladly paid extra to have a more satisfying experience … lets see how long it ‘s going to take Kaboodle to deliver on their promises….I will keep you up to date with progress .. at this stage i would say go elsewhere for-your reno ..Lastly the installers were very competent …. Its not their fault the product misses the mark on quality ..

We planned and bought our new kitchen from Kaboodle. Everything looks beautiful! Thank you Kaboodle. PS cupboards still have plastic on as well do final touches. Wood not from Kaboodle. The last photo is the finished product, which we installed ourselves.

Update - 15/11/21 - despite the comment from kaboodle, no contact has been made by them to try to resolve the issue. The bench is ruined and will never be ok again. All because it wasn't sealed properly at the join between the top and side. After spending tens of thousands on kaboodle over the years including redoing my kitchen, laundry and studio/workshop, I installed a small benchtop in the bathroom I bought two years prior to match my laundry. Within 3 months water had entered and lifted the laminate. This is their expensive premium range which I also paid extra to have all sides sealed, painted the holes i cut and the entire bottom to stop water getting in.I contacted their warranty team and they denied my claim not once, but twice stating water had got in but not telling me how it could have and that it wasn't a manufacturing issue. There is no way this is not a manufacturing issue and then they just stopped responding when I asked how it was possible the water got in if it wasn't a fault in the seam. For a hundred dollars worth of replacement I can't believe the unprofessionalism of kaboodle and am so disappointed in the quality of their products.Clearly they have no faith in their own expensive premium range.
