Staff in menswear really need a shakeup. The customer service is lazy, stale and low energy. Staff members too busy passing around chocolates on the store floor to retrieve another pair of jeans for me.

I hear the store is nice, but don’t even bother trying to call. I’ve spent two days trying and not a single call has been picked up.It shouldn’t be this hard to place an order. Especially when my local store told me that Adelaide has the item I want in stock, and the item should be available online (it’s not).

Contains a large variety of international brands of cosmetics, appearls of women, mens,kids and house hold items. We customers expects higher quality from every item purchased. This is simply because the price range of items suits financial capabilities of higher earning middle class and above. However the items purchased are usually lasts a longtime. So one might see these purchases as a long term investment. They do offer Afterpay based payment (I think for bills over $100). They did offer upto 50% discount on some items due to Christmas season which was really good.

I found a reasonable selection of goods. Went specifically to buy perfume... however the perfume department was so 'perfumey ' I couldn't get a true appreciation of the fragrance I was looking to buy. Then the customer service lady didn't have another tester so I could take a sample card. And I was looking for high end perfume! But staff were as helpful as they could be. Clean store and I didn't mind the layout

Staff are friendly and helpful - if you can find someone. Stopped me impulse buying.Sales are good.New merchandise is either a rehash of what worked two years ago or utterly depressing. Same story at others shops too, so I just have to wait.The Myer shelves are stocked with new season items and the materials are fine so if I really need something I just have to find a design I can live with. I guess this is as good as it gets these days.

The store itself is good. Prices aren't very competitive. The people in the perfume section are super invasive (if I say I don't want help don't ask me if I want help again (I'm even wearing ear pieces)).

Have visited the chanel here a few times and the staff are always very welcoming and helpful. My favourite place to shop for gifts because the lovely ladies always put in that extra bit of effort. Excellent service!
