Had a Monday brekky here and was left very satisfied with it all.Was greeted friendly when we arrived and service was great throughout.I ordered the English brekky which was very good with home style baked beans.Coffee was quality.Top experience, would come back for sure.

Great little restaurant on the Rye main stretch. Very funky interior, including a small section of stuff for kids: books, puzzles and some toys. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient.Breakfast menu goes until 12, lunch after, and everything we have had so far had been delicious. Definitely recommended if in rye.

The cafe is located nicely on a corner. I would have added sunny Rye except that the heavens opened here today and it was absolutely bucketing down. The cafe has fun quirky decor. It’s engagingly retro with old style tables, chairs, mirrors etc. It provides some welcome relief from the modern cafes that are everywhere these days.Our coffees were lovely to start. It’s a two brothers brew here and it’s certainly well made. We couldn’t fault it and that wasn’t just due to them having cream available as well as milk. And in a dinky little jug on the side as well. Love it.It was still pouring outside and we were liking the cafe a lot so we decided to take lunch here. We have rarely made a wiser call. The world’s most beautiful woman chose the lamb, cheese and tomato piadina. I’ve rarely seen her happier. She loved it. My build your own breakfast could hardly be faulted either. Two beautifully cooked eggs, some smashed avo, two bratwurst sausages (but more likely pork and fennel) and some haloumi. It was a lovely little combo, and near keto in its construction.Service was lovely throughout Here. Bright, pleasant and cheery. I love a bit of niceness and I was getting that here. Full marks to the manager and staff.This is a really good cafe. There is nothing more certain in the world than me returning here.

We were walking down the street, spotted the green light, and what a find! A great place for a drink and a pizza. The pizzas were really good, staff friendly and there's a cool outside area at the back. I also got some free snacking garlic pizza which I wasn't going to argue with. 100% would revisit.

Very friendly service, excellent food. Came for breakfast, enjoyed it so much we returned the next morning for more. Lovely coffee. Highly recommend the Captains Ham roll, the apple pie waffles (photo) and the fruit loaf (I had a side of hash browns with mine - pictured). All delicious, stop in.

We went there two days in a row and were not disappointed. Plenty of yummy food for everyone, the setting is quirky, hipster like atmosphere which I adore. They had some vegan or vegetarian options so they were accommodate our needs. Would definitely come back. Oh and then coffee is awesome as well. Yummy!

What a gorgeous place for quality food. Went there once while we were down from Queensland and had to go again before we left. Every dish was amazing that was brought out. So glad Rye doesn't have a lot of chain restaurants like McDonald's etc. You need to eat at these great cafes and restaurants in the area. Just a wonderful dining experience. Customer service is the best I have EVER experienced. Owners are so welcoming and generous with their servings. Amazing service and food!! You need to visit here when visiting Rye Victoria

Thank you to the waitress/chef who went out of their way to check if the milk with granola should be lactose free and if my friend could eat the yoghurt. Extra detail was considerate an appreciated. Coffees were perfect! Poached eggs were on point, generous serve of spinach. Friend enjoyed the granola. Good options on the menu for breakfast.First time in rye and glad we tried this place for breakfast! Only suggestion cutlery is not sitting in a bucket on the table and rather placed out with a serviette by the server, maybe that’s the rustic appeal they’re going for.
