Booked in advance and brought the car to them first thing in the morning drove past at 2pm hadn’t moved. Called later to hear it was too big would get in the way and the need to do testing after hours with doors down.Then I went in the next day to get my wallet it wasn’t getting looked at either.Picked up that afternoon and when I was waiting for my car the person bring it around was reving it at the stop sign just down the road.Wouldn’t recommend

Amazing service! Came to my rescue last minute when I had a mechanical issue, were so quick and fixed the problem on the spot. Jack is very professional and kind - will definitely be back to Malvern Auto Services!

Was able to drop car in next day with short notice, the car was assessed immediately and an open report of potential work provided on the spot. They dealt with the car while we were overseas and even offered to arrange getting it back to us.Could not recommend more, thank you!

I called around to get my care serviced CLA A45. 90k Service and given a price from many dealers of $900+This place did an exceptional job serving my car and stuck to the price given which was close to 400 less. Highly recommend! Great mechanic, very reasonably priced, and trustworthy. Bill, Jack and admin staff are super friendly and happy to chat through recommendations but not force you into anything. Been getting my car serviced here for 4+ years.

Booked my car for an oil change and got various unsolicited services done to it and an overpriced invoice. There were many things done to my car that I did NOT requested and had to pay $200 extra for it as there was no space for negotiation.Light bulbs were replaced without consulting me, even though I checked them in the morning and they were perfectly fine. A bit sketchy.Also, manager completely unreasonable on how to deal with the situation, and a very rude and superior talk towards women. Very unhappy, feel ripped off. Will not come back!They think they can charge you for things you didn't requested, once they are done there is not much you can do...quite a bad practice for a business.
