What a tremendous experience dealing with Adam from OTSC. Trust in your car mechanic is so important, and I trust Adam implicitly. We recently had all of our family's cars serviced, and one needed a repair. Adam was efficient, provided an easy to understand explanation, and was very reasonably priced. Took my vehicle to this service centre on the recommendation of a friend for a RWC. The staff were friendly and helpful upon meeting them, and after testing the vehicle, failed its roadworthy test based on a around 8 things they deemed unroadworthy.The list seemed quite thorough, but fair enough I thought and a couple of the items were questionable, so took the vehicle to another workshop for a second opinion. They stated that the majority were correct, but 2 of the items actually would pass roadworthy, that being the tyres and front brakes.Even though Ormond Tyre & Service Centre stated the front brake rotors and tyres were stated to be unroadworthy, upon further inspection, was found that the front brake rotors were 21.5mm, new rotor thickness is 22mm, min rotor thickness is 20.4.Tyres were also noted as unroadworthy, and when checked, according to Vicroads Roadworthy Requirements online states:All tyres fitted to the road vehicle
