I normally get below 10 litres per 100km with my car and every time I get fuel at this petrol station, it is over the 10 litres per hundred.I can only conclude that they have deliberately programmed their pumps to measure the amount of fuel dispensed incorrectly in their favour.Now—Because Government regulators are not regularly keeping every service station in check on this issue—it is BOUND to occur.If this service station replies to this review with anything other than an official NATA laboratory report (or equivalent) on the accuracy of every one of their pumps, then ignore it.However—even if they do supply this—who is to know if they don’t have some way of “switching modes” to be accurate for the test and then back to ripping off people!Faulty “scales” have been a problem for Millenia!

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. At the servo at Arundel Drive, Brisbane road. I sent my 12 year old daughter in with $20 to buy her self and her friend a slushie and was short changed ,$10. Customer service rep refused to give the change and unable to check cameras. I was left made to feel like I was the dishonest one and humiliated in front of other customers. Feeling very disappointed with how this was handled.

Hope always has the best prices for fuel, a very clean and tidy store, and the staff are friendly.

Decent priced fuel. Is this the direct rival for Puma? Good location after you turn off Pacific Motorway, if you're on your way to Harbour Town or Surfers.They seemed to have a really good turnover of cars while I was there. Great service, clean shop.There's another across the road for when you're heading back home too, that had the same priced fuel

Dollars click over but fuel doesn't go in. I told them and the attendant said he will let them know. Another car was about to put fuel in their car so I explained what happened at pump 2 and we watched while he put fuel in and the same thing happened....fuel only started going in after around 50 cents was on the meter. For me it was around 1.18 before fuel went in.

Really impressed with how helpful the staff were especially the driveway attendant. Will make that my new fuel stop in the future.

Price on the sign was different from the pump. When asked about it when I went in to pay the female attendant was rude about their error. The next person came into pay and said the same thing also had his head bit off. I wont ever be back nothing worse than having your head bit off when pointing out they had a problem. Should have just reported them to National Measurements so the regulator could deal with it and send out a Trade Measurements Inspector.

Situated in the industrial area of Labrador it is a well planned servo with a well stocked shop attached.In a time when many companies are blatantly gouging motorists for petrol Hope is reasonably pricedAll self serve pumps you can get in and our with ease.Staff are very pleasant and capable
