My two children needed cuts. I explained that my youngest had sensory issues due to being autistic and she was absolutely amazing with him. Patient and respectful. Usually we are quiet afraid of how people may react but there was nothing but understanding and compassion for us. She done an amazing job on my daughters hair also. Incredibly grateful x

Yesterday we are told there is a 1.5hour wait on a kids haircut. Today (Sunday) the store opens at 10am. We arrive at 10:10am and are told there is already a two hour wait. Lines out the door. 3 hours later, we receive a notification saying the appt is ready. If my 9 year old niece can suggest to your staff that you should get an extra hairdresser to decrease wait times, I think it's time your company reflect and act on this advice. Maybe it would also help your staff to regain customer service skills.

My partner has his haircut here regularly ,you cannot book,it's a walk-in only for cutting services ,they do a good job and reasonably priced

I am thrilled with my haircut. I told Sue that I wanted a short cut. Sue worked her magic on my extremely thick hair. I left there feeling wonderful. A great big thank you to Sue.

We were staying in Forster for jut a couple of days on our way to Brisbane and went in for a hair cut. I am one of those ladies that has had the same hairdresser for over 30 years so to say it is an effort for me to let someone else cut my hair is an understatement. But in I went and did an even braver thing and asked for a cut not just a trim. I love my hair cut the lady that cut my hair was lovely absolutely lovely and so is my hair - I didn’t t catch your name but Thank you - wish I lived close by I’d be a regular
