I don't understand the great reviews here. We ordered take out today and unfortunately the food wasn't great. We ordered the Szechuan chicken and ended up getting dry fried chicken with too much chili. Unlike any we have had before, there was no sauce and no vegetables.We also ordered the Buddha's delight and found it quite bland. The prices are very very high considering. We spent over $60 for these two meals and some rice.The staff were very friendly and the place was very nice looking.

Sadly this once excellent restaurant is post COVID awful. Waiter looked grubby with untucked shirt, wandering around but not actually doing much. The food was mediocre at best and delivered by a robot waiter. Slow service, prices still too high for this level of experience.

I think these restaurants are franchised as this one is atrocious. I have been going to yum Cha since I was 4 years old. I have never not finished my dumplings. These dumplings are old, cold & lacking taste. They also do not have soy sauce/chilli dipping crockery which is a joke. Service is always rude (which usually isn’t an issue) if the food is good at yum Cha.

Where to begin, the service was appalling, we ordered first 3 dishes on yum cha, 30 mins later they all arrived cold, the squid tentacles were so tough and rubbery you could chew, the deep fried prawn and seaweed rolls had zero prawn and were so firm you cold noy break with both hands, dim sum tasted vinegary, gross, seafood fried noodles were drowning in oil. Worst yum cha experience ever, all the food seemed old and reheated, will not be returning EVER

What a pack of useless staff.Push you to order but take forever to bring out the meals or better yet not bring them out at all.1h we waited, asked staff to look into it and said its still not cooked but they'll put a priority on it.We walked out.Loads of other tables were also looking around for their food as they had been waiting for ages as well.Couple behind us were seated 5mins before us, got there rice but they were still waiting, waited longer then us.This was our first time at this restaurant but will be our last time ever.WARNING!!! Do not waste your time.

We love Landmark Chinese. The food is always great and the staff are nice. They have cute little robots now too. I love everything I’ve been served but the pork buns are are the real star ⭐️

Landmark Chinese Restaurant at Chermside
Landmark Chinese restaurant is a little hard to find as it’s located on the top floor (roof level) of the shopping center but it’s well worth the hunt. Restaurant is very big and can seat many hundred people, but it gets full for most meals so be sure to book to avoid missing out on getting a table. There is an extensive range of food from traditional Chinese dishes to fresh seafood. We ate at dinner time and had a range of dishes all of which were beautiful. One of the best Chinese meals in Brisbane without doubt. The beer was cold and also cheap compared to most restaurants. The service was excellent
