“First of all, we had brilliant service and non-biased information from both the pool people, David the director and Matt, who were both very knowledgeable in their product information. After listening to the features of a variety of robotic cleaners, we decided that the Dolphin, M400 was going to do the trick for us! The features sold themselves. We loved the fact that our Dolphin ('Donny') is easily serviced, has access to replaceable, affordable spare parts and does a brilliant job at cleaning our pool. Cleaning the filters is a piece of cake and having the caddy encourages us to give Donny a rest from the water chemicals in between times as we can move it around and store it well. The kids LOVE the app to program cleans in and are utilising this in anticipation of mates coming round securing a crystal clean pool ahead of time!! Thanks very much for all you innovate designs, it was great to find something that suited our needs exactly :-)”

I took an older model robotic cleaner in for an assessment as it had not been working correctly.I had been expecting to be told it was past it’s used-by date and that it would need to be replaced. However I received an extremely reasonable quote on repair in a very timely manner.I am extremely happy with the work carried out and the service I received. I would highly recommend this business and they will absolutely be my first choice for either repair or replacement in future.

Our Astral Robotic Pool cleaner which failed us after only 3.8months of usage was in for repair, sadly it was a very poor quality product and it shouldn't have been based on the sale price, repairing it was more expensive than replacing it. I was lucky enough to discuss several replacement options with Alex and he was very helpful and helped me make an informed decision great customer service.Cheers Alex

I ordered a caddy for our pool cleaner from this business. Have never dealt with them before. The young man I spoke to said they had to get it from their supplier Maytronics, which was close by. I could pay for it when we picked it up the next week. Nothing was said about possible delivery and I didn't think or ask about it. (my mistake) The reason for the caddy was my husband just had an operation, is on crutches and I've had to do the pool maintenance myself. We are elderly. I have a bad back and am finding the pool cleaner very heavy. The next day my husband was phoning our local pool shop about another matter and the owner said he could get us the same one and drop it off, they are walking distance away. (A first phone call to them got the receptionist who couldn't help, that's why I phoned Pool Robotics). I phoned PR back with explanation and apology, but Dave I think it was, was very angry, gave me a blast and wouldn't let me finish and hung up on me. I doubt that getting the caddy from nearby, unpaid for, was that big a deal. I have never been treated like this by any service person before. I can only speak from my own experience, others may be happy, but I would never buy anything from this place.
