Won’t recommend this agent for buyers.They work with international investors in an auction style sales without any respect to the laws and regulations in this country.Properties for sale have to have a price, and the highest offer once accepted should be honoured. But these guys won’t advertise with a price guide, they accept all offers and get them all to proceed to the exchange of contract, when you think everything is ready for you to sign they select the best offer & reject everybody else.In our case vendor accepted our offer and we paid our solicitors to get the contract ready, got all the reports but they kept the open inspections going. Once the contract was ready for exchange, they informed they have a better offer and pulled out.These guys manipulate the prices and they are part of the housing crisis in Australia!
