Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment by phone they took my name and number. I arrived at the time of my appointment and they were all doing massages, one lady came out and after I said I had an appointment she said “sorry the guy she was doing a massage with said he had the same name as me”… The least they could had done is called me to say they had double booked to save me driving all the way there… Rude and unprofessional.

Really disappointed!! I paid $60 for a full body massage and was told to pay an extra $10 than what was advertised to have a firm massage. I explained I didn't want a deep tissue massage - just a normal firm massage. The masseuse told me that ANY amount of pressure incurs a $10 surcharge. Even when I reluctantly paid more the massage was mediocre at best. I'll be avoiding the place like the plague now!!!!

Worst Massage I have ever had, actually walked out. The girl only used her elbow really digging it in, when I asked her if she could not use her hands as her elbow in the same place over and over was getting really painful, her hands were like a spider running across me, no pressure at all. After 20 minutes I was so frustrated and sore and the fact that she just kept going up and down on my spine meant that I left my 45 minute massage 25 minutes early. Do not pay up front like I did. Better off spending your money elsewhere.

Very good massage - they always manage to release the knots and tightness in my muscles. The only issue is that you can hear every noise outside (people talking at the traffic light, cars passing, the cross light beep) specially if you're in the bed near the exit. If you want to get a massage for muscle tightness - this is a good place - for relaxation - maybe no.

Excellent massage!!! Thorough and both relaxing and releasing of tension. She quickly found my problem areas and focused on them, but also treated the whole body, very talented and nice! A full hour for $70. Thank you!

Worst massage in recent years!Granted I tried to wing it mid week at the junction and was booked out in my normal spot (dustia), and thought I'd try my luck else where but honestly should of not bothered! 50 mins of the softest massage in history waste of money and time! Do not recommend!

Voucher is a con only 6 moths who does that these days. Else we’re are a year plus hence my mistake but no god in them not giving me a little extension just happy to take my 17 year olds money for Mother’s Day.On the plus side I will never go back previous massage was like getting slapped with a wet fish. (Daughter got the wrong place)Better looking massages places as well very back alley...great for a $10 if you were in Thailand

I'm extremely disappointed ... I had a gift voucher from my little son (he paid with his savings) for a 1 hour massage and just noticed that it expired 1 month ago. I explained that I was away for a several month for my mum's funeral but they don't care. If I had to run a business like them I would close it very soon. I'm not a new customer. Already come so many times and now strongly disappointed. I won't come there again and don't recommend them at all. Not friendly at all.

Tonight was the third time being here, the two previous were a decent massage and worth the $50 Groupon voucher I purchased. Tonight was a terrible experience I bought the $60 Groupon voucher with the 10min foot relaxation therapy suppose to be added on top of the 1 hour massage. When I got there they said it’s a soft massage so if I want anything with more pressure it’s an extra $10 so in goal I paid $70. She honestly did not know what she was doing! She just dug her elbow into my back Consistently for 50 minutes and she did not include the foot massage and also cut me short 5mins! I’ll not be back after tonight, also the shop was freezing!
