this place is the worst. I went to soak off my gel extention nails and do color polished. She cut my 1 nail half way then just said I can't take it off. I was so shocked because she already cut it and walked away without explanation and no apology. Then I talked to a man who seem like the the receptionist or the owner that they need to finish their job cloudn't just leave my broken nail like that. Then the lady who cut my nail agree to finish the job and just said 'it gonna take long time to do it'. I also do nails polish after.The result came out as very bad job. She didn't take my nails out completely and the nails polish were so bubble on top.The only good thing from this place is cheap prices but you will get cheap service and ugly nails.So disappointed and never come back

Horrible service, rude attitude. Went to get colour and infill and the ladies continued to drill on my skin after I had said to stop as it was hurting. We went back to express we were disappointed and they said they would do nothing about it. We were nice when we approached and they just gave us nothing. Do not recommend this salon it is a waste of time. Save your money.

The WORST service I have ever received. The lady doing my nails was so RUDE. Showed a photograph of the nails I wanted (simple French manicure) once she started putting the gel on I asked can she do the French like the photo she said NO I CANT I was taken back from her rudeness I said what, why can’t you? She completely ignored me. Continued doing the paint thick and out of shape. I was actually getting a pedicure too but was that annoyed by the treatment and how I was spoken to that I left and went to another nail place. Will be telling everyone to never go there.

It was a one time visit while I was on holiday but I was so happy with the service is received here. Staff are so friendly and gentle, sometimes I get nervous having a pedicure, but had overall a great experience and would come back again :))

I arrived at Bella nails and was not greeted friendly I was just told to sit down. There was 2 ladies there at the time one glued my nails on but actually glued the nail and my skin together she was very rough. The other lady told me to switch spots and she continued to do my nails and I told her my skin is glue together, she tried to pick at it with her nails and I told her it’s pulling my skin and it hurts, but she continued to do that. Very rude service, worst attitude and they should not being doing nails professionally. Highly do not recommend this place, waste of money.

I hade a great experience. I normally go to Surfers Paradise on the occasion I want them done but this was a very different experience. Instead of being rushed in and out, with what I now know to be a bad job, (I won't mention the place I used to go to, to not be rude, but basically one of those walk in places just off Cavill). The staff are lovely but even better, they take incredible care in their work, I'm thrilled!

My 85 year old Mum goes there regularly & they look after her so well. She rarely has to wait & the finished product is just lovely. Thank you so much. I've been there occasionally, when I visit Qld & perfect every time.

I went today for a pedicure and manicure. First of all they gave me a seat and start to do the things in a rush. She hurts me a lot by removeming the old set. I had a flash by getting hurt. And then the second one start the pedicurr in the same time after that I had chosen the color. She said that she can't do this nails art. But the most important things was the unrespectful beheviaour and the way that they talk to me. They charge me 45 dollars for a manicure. And one nail is already gone just 7 hours after. Even the others costumers look at me in a support way. So after I went to h&n nails 200m further.... And she was wonderful....
