We had standard chicken burgers and sweet potato chips. All were well prepared and very tasty. Service and atmosphere standard fare for a mall.

We attended Plenty Valley Grill’d for a nice burger and chips for some Thursday night takeaway. On arrival we were greeted by a super friendly staff member Samsara, who we then found out was the store manager.Samsara was extremely helpful in recommending different burger types that suited both mine and my partners dietary requirements.The food was ready in very quick fashion and tasted just as good as it looked! Cannot recommend the Bonfire BBQ burger enough!All staff were very friendly and happy to provide assistance when needed.Will definitely be coming back for more.

My wife and I visited Grill’d recently and we were impressed by the food we had.I tried the beef, crispy beacon and cheese burger which was extremely delicious. I loved it.My wife tried the superpower salad which was good too but not great as the burger.Burger size was small comparatively.

Sorry but we came in today . Tables dirty !! Staff lacking dramaticly. Girl at the register very inexperienced and a huge lack of personality & customer service. What looked like the manager sitting at one of the tables doing paperwork, had no situational awareness of what’s going on in the store. Music was also at an uncomfortable level. Also the app for ordering kept crashing when it actually got reception. The cooks seemed to be the only ones that knew what they were doing.

There was a stuff up with the app, sending my order to a different store. The young lady behind the counter was able to sort out the mess and get my order to me quickly. Very friendly and accommodating.

Their slider is a must try, I personally liked the vintage and classic a lot!Their burger is really good, would have been a 5 star for me if they serve the onion rings hot ( since it become soggy and cold when it reached our table )They got confused with the order , upon entering they said we can order online and they’ll serve the food , but they put it in a takeaway bag which made the food cold when it reached our table.Anyways other than that everything is perfect! ❤️ i still enjoyed their food.What we ordered :Sliders Trio - $17.00+ Vintage Slider+ Brie Chick Slider+ Classic SliderChilli Addict - $15.90Saltbush & Pepper Onion Rings - To Share$8.90Remedy Organic Kombucha - PinkLady Apple - $5.50

Lady manager was so rude. She converted our dine-in order to takeaway even though order was placed at 09:19 pm with dine-in written on order receipt. While asking for a single plate, she wasn't ready to give that as well, we only got when my wife intervene. Once we had food, i asked for my tax invoice, she said machine is closed , cant provide. I asked i can get tomorrow, again she denied not possible as all data is gone once we close.I asked about complaint letter, she denied. Asked her name, again denied. Her manager name, she said she is the manager.She was simply trying to get away with the situation by not providing any consumer rights tonusWe were then about to leave as i asked my wife, i have details.She then loudly shouted and said she will call police if i have photos of her. I accepted calling the police and communicated that we can wait now and my phone is also there for them to check.She then forced us to get out of the place without providing us any info.The staff member is not at all aware of some basic rules for consumers, but rather than knows how to insult and mistreat them.Anyways, I have made the official complaint now, lets see how it goes.Another update after couple of day:‐------‐-------------------------------------------------Management replied through email with apology along with internally taking this matter forward. They also provided the receipt.Hopefully, staff members would have learned an important lesson to follow the rules. As a basics, everyone should be aware of some basic consumer laws to avoid these kind of situations.Expecting should not be suffering these kind of behaviour in future.

We went for lunch on Saturday. It was for my sons 8th birthday. Everything was amazing from the food to the customer service. They even brought out the cake and sang him happy birthday which he loved. Thank you grill'd plenty valley team.
